I am having all kinds of problems with the theme. I am logged into the support but there is no way to request support for my specific issues. Its a bunch of forums. I am getting error codes, and the demo content will not load. Is there a way to get more direct support?

I have bought this theme and i have problems to make it workable. I have downlod Brizy plugin to make my pages, but when i try to see my end work, the page is different or in blank. When i come back to my editing section, is everything ok. I dont understand what is happening. Instead, i have paid the support but when i try to get into, i cant. I will appreciate your help. Kindly note we have used unyson plugin only for demo content import not for the other addons/extensions if you use them (Brizy , page builder, slider and so on) it will affect / conflict the core builder files and Visual Composer modules.
So kindly deactivate all other extension from unyson and deactivate the unyson plugin after import the demo content.

It seems that you have not assigned the secondary menu location as Footer menu, so that the footer menu shows like that.
Just set the menu locations from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Manage location so that the issue will be resolved. Please refer the screenshot.

I ‘d like to customize a little the pricing table from Page-builder : (dt_sc_pricing_table_item_two) :- to remove the bottom button (I don’t need it)
- to change the font-family for prices inside the table price

How it work to install DesignThemes Core Features Plugin ? On your support it’s written ” install and activate the ‘DesignThemes Core Features Plugin’ immediately”, but I don’t find it.
