Dear support, I have a problem that default woocommerce sorting is not working when WOOF Filter plugin is installed. At first I thought that this is not theme related but I swithced theme and it start to work fine. So theme is somehow influencing this default woocommervvce field. Can you please help how to resolve this?

There may be a problem with your database. Please go to Widgets and delete the TS – Footer Block widget in Footer Widget Area and Footer Copyright Widget Area. Then, you add it again.

1. Yes, you can update WordPress to version 4.9.4
2. You can update WooCommerce to version 3.3.3. But you also have to update the theme to version 1.0.7. About WPBakery Page Builder, you can not update it by yourself. We will update it in the next update. For more information about updating WPBakery Page Builder, you can also read our documentation.
3. You download the package which contains All files & documentation from themeforest. In that package, you will see the boxshop-child.zip file. You just need to install it via WordPress Dashboard. But, you should only install the child theme at the beginning. Because after activating the child theme, some settings which are used for the parent theme will be lost, such as Theme Options, Widgets, Menus.

Hi there I have followed the instructions in order to import the full demo content but it is not possible. I don’t have access to PhPMyAdmin to import db file so I did it on another hosting and still loads of error pages not showing properly and BOXSHOP – IMPORT DEMO CONTENT is useless as it’s not even importing the pages! the method of you guys providing the full back of wp folder as a full demo and them us restoring it via FTP in order to access full demo is very inconvenient and full of errors. please let us now if it’s not possible to import the full demo in any other way so I could apply for a refund. we already spent couple of days and tried everything but no success.

2. Your site may be cached. Please check and clear the following caches if you have: hosting cache, caching plugin, browser cache and CDN.
3. You go to WooCommerce > Settings > General tab and change currency in there.
