There is a problem importing the files, everything throws an error, even in the preview of the templates they offer it does not load, I think they have a problem on their server where they have hosted all this content.

I have everything setup with using Woocommerce and the plugin Woocommerce based on Country. The shop products display the country’s currency (USD, CAD, EUR etc.) but it keeps it at USD in the header cart. Is their a way to remove it from there and just keep the amount or have it switch to the country’s currency?

Hi, I think I’ve found a bug concerning Product Details > Product Tabs. Only in mobile view these tabs don’t work as expected. With that I mean they don’t open, so they don’t show the content.

Is there a quick fix for this?

Hi, there is a bug for the in stock / out of stock on variable product, if i remove the theme it works as expected, for example have 3 variations of the product, for this instance var1, var2, var3, if var 2 is out of stock, when you select it shows var1 and var2 as in stock but var3 out of stock, if i select in the reverse order straight after, var2 is in stock and va1 is out of stock, Please can this be fixed. thanks

Hi, I realized I made a mistake by purchasing the boxshop theme. I was trying to choose between boxshop and ecomall and I liked some demo themes better on boxshop but once I bought I realized it’s made using wpbakery and I don’t know or want to learn wpbakery. I don’t want a refund but I’d like swap to a ecomall licence which is using elementor. is that possible? Thank you.

Why does everything go back to the original settings when I upgrade the theme? My colours, header, logo, layout etc all resort back to the theme style but I have since changed them all. How do I upgrade to the latest theme version without messing up my style and layout?

Hello, for a while now the ts deals slider is not working. It just completely disappeared from front end even when it is there in the editor. I have removed it and put it again and saved but it still won’t display on front end. Empty space! I have tried using some other element like the categories slider in that same space and it displays very well. It just happens to be only the deals slider issue. I have the latest theme installed and all plugins updated. Please tell me what could be the problem. I’m not opening a ticket for this because I don’t see why. It used to show perfectly and all of a sudden it disappeared without any changes made. I was using it besides the product tabs just like the electronic theme.

When I click to update WP Bakery it wont update. and it’s version 7.4 when 8.0 is out. I shouldn’t need a support ticket for that. It should just work.

Because WPBakery Page Builder is a bundled plugin. So, you need to update the BoxShop theme to the newest version first. After updating the theme, you delete your old WPBakery Page Builder plugin and install it again in Appearance > Install Plugins. Thank you but why have the update function in the theme then if I have to manually uninstall it every time?

You can only update WPBakery by yourself if you have its own license. In this case, we bought it with our account and included it to the theme. So, you need to update WPBakery via the theme.

In “Other Option” settings, i am unable to disable below option:

-Header Contact Information: Add your contact information in the top header -Header Currency: Show/Hide multi-currency switcher -Header Language: Show/Hide multi-language switcher

When i click on the “Disable” button, nothing happen.

Additionally, there’s a very large menu with items like “Cart, Checkout, Homepage…” that I don’t know how to disable on the Wide interface. Hello, I have a problem, when I use your theme, my website opens late on wifi connections, there is no problem with mobile connection. I have tried with 5 different modems, I have the same problem with all of them and I have received feedback from my customers who have this problem.

This problem only occurs when I use your theme, there is no problem when I switch to another theme. and this problem does not always occur.

Note: As a hosting company, I have also tried on 3 different companies’ servers, but the same problem occurs.

I have a message in the WooCommerce secton of my site saying that my theme (BoxShop) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updateing to ensure they are compatible witht he current version of WooCommerce. There doesn’t seem to be an update available for the theme. Could you please confirm for me if the theme is compatible with the current WooCommerce version? I’m running WooCommerce version 9.0.2. Thanks,
