I’ve installed Eos a number of times and there are no layouts, no demo content.

Go to Appearance->ThemeOptions and nothing on the screen works.

Also now installed locally again nothing, can you please help me to set some of the demo layouts?

horrible! impossible to install demo content correctly! even background image does not show in chrome or iPhone mobile. a big hassle to configurate!

Hi, I purchased the template because it is quite nice. However when I open the zip file it is not the same name as the one mentioned in the instructions. There is has full in the name of the zip file and this is not the one I have. Secondly I am not seeing all the details such as themes as mentioned in the instructions. Can you verify the file is valid?

I can’t believe I purchased a very professional theme with a very poor support! I have been contacting the EOS team (thematicwebs@gmail.com) regarding receiving Spam Email on my Contact US form, and they have not resolved the issue yet! do you expect us to figure it if the owners of the theme can’t do! I blame this website for promoting themes with bugs and security issues.

Am having issues with mailchimp, thus one cannot subscribe in frontend, although the mailchimp is connected properly and the html snippet is added to the pre-launch page.

No errors are displayed in admin, however there is an error in inspector console (do not know if it has to do with it or not):

I just purchased the “EOS App Theme ” Wordpress Theme and have a handful of questions.

I am hosting WP on an instance of AWS LightSail, currently working on getting a DNS name to map.

1. I am confused how to make changes to the landing page? 2. What are the image sizes required and of what type overall (eg background for webpage – X by Y pixels, app screen 1 – A by B pixels) 3. Do you have a list of recommended plugins that work well with the theme? 4. Where do I add google analytics account info? 5. I am currently in the “pre-launch” phase of my app. I currently only support iOS and do not have a download link. How do I appropriately configure the theme? What do I change when I am ready to launch?

Looking forward to using this theme, I am new to wordpress and appreciate the hard work put into this theme and am looking forward to working with the support.
