Hi, Yes package will be 12 month duration and has 10 jobs(total) also user can publish jobs whenever he/she likes in 12 month duration. Now packages have monthly quota which reset every months.

1. When I load the page, the top menu white space won’t appear, I’ve to scroll down and up, then it will display the menu. https://prnt.sc/j0jhgy

My site upgraded to your newest release 4.5.0.1 which I hoped would fix a number of issues with 4.5.0.0 but not seeing any of the fixes or ability to turn off items such as “on/off company review function’. Can you point me in the right direction?
Also, on single page job – it shows ‘apply with facebook’ even though I don’t have facebook API – can’t seem to hide this with CSS or not show?

Thanks for the reply and updated version – now has the on/off functions required.
One remaining issue for me on Facebook. I actually don’t want the ‘apply with Facebook’ and have not setup the API – but the ‘apply with Facebook’ still shows on all jobs and I have no way to remove (in Job Application settings you can allow Linkedin apply but there is nothing for Facebook – it just shows).
Hoping you can fix. Thanks again for the continued great work/script.
Yes, we will fix that issue in next version. But you also can use custom CSS to hide that button, please try the CSS ”#apply_via_facebook { display: none; }”

On the last version, we don’t change any database. So you don’t worry about that. It also adds some featured as the resume portfolio, company portfolio. That requires editing the company profile.

Dear Support,
I had to purchase an additional license despite not needing one just to reach you. My developer installed the license and even though I no longer use his services I couldn’t renew my support because the purchase wasn’t made by me. It so sad that nothing could be done to resolve this despite all attempt in the past one week.
Now to the issue. My site crashed about a week ago and after the WordPress was updated and re- installed a particular page on the site stopped working. I have contacted my host and consequently cloud flare and they pointed to the theme.

Secondly, I have received several concerns from employers who tried to post a job on my site. When all the categories have been completed and then the preview button is submitted the job body reverts to the default page.
On other words the job description part of the job posting never retains the intended content rather it reverts to default job details. I have tried all possible setting to no available.
Please assist. I desperately and urgently need your assistance.

Pre-Sale Question: I’ve been comparing your theme against InJob and I noticed that InJob has some very important features such as the ability to renew an expired job ad (literally Actions > Renew) and also it has views and applications visible in the job list on the back-end, as a sort of “report” which I noticed is something that’s almost completely missing from this theme.
1) Are you planning to add the ability to renew an expired job (without entirely re-writing the post as that’s unprofessional and time-consuming)?
2) What reporting options do employers have? If none, are you going to be adding this, as I see you recently updated the theme, but this wasn’t included, but has been requested before?
If you can answer these questions, I’d prefer to use your theme, as the interface and flexibility of fields seems a lot better than InJob, but the ability to renew and report is crucial (to any employer)

Do you want a statistic page for all function? We will consider that and find the best way to do it.

Thanks for your reply. So, as for reporting, this is what an employer should be able to do from within their “front-end” job management.
They should have the amount of views for each job post displayed on the employer dashboard.
It would be going the extra mile if we had a “conversion” percentage, meaning a percentage of people that viewed compared to applications for that job.. This would encourage them to purchase Featured Ads if they do not yet have them, in order to gain more exposure.
In a perfect situation, the employer should also be able to export their stats to an Excel spreadsheet which should include the following data points:
- Date Posted - Expiration Date - Total Views - Total Applications - Conversion percentage
It would be great if they would be able to also see activity between certain date ranges for each job in terms of views / applications, but I imagine this could be hard work.

Also, the “Bulk Actions” should include the Export to Excel (or CSV) to allow an employer to export all selected jobs to Excel.
Employers require reports, it’s the only way to see if their job ad is performing or not, they don’t want to click between multiple pages, or view each job from the front end to view the “Views” counter, in fact, there should even be an option (without css) to switch this counter and the applications counter on the public side, off entirely as this could cause an employer to feel over-exposed.

Hi, I just see the new uptade. It is nice but there is some bugs or issues. The logo is too big, the one previously was perfect
1) All new layouts have bugs :
a- Home Page Candidate = Main image is too big / categories button not in a logic place/ candidate button bug/ what people say: photo and text /
b- Hiring Home Page = the listing not appear in the main image/ listing job the grid is bugging/what people say: photo and text /
c- Recruitment home page = Main image is too big / categories button not in a logic place/ testimonial bug
d- Job categry home = category are not nice / what people say: photo and text /
2) The job listing page:
- The content on the main image not in the center ( bugs) - The listing in grid too big and not appear nice ( not in the axe, 2 per rows)
3) The Company full information page: the main image too big and and there is a bus in the page review form.
