I installed it after purchasing, but I checked with elplorer11. When I connect to the main block, the image displayed on the screen does not expand and there is a black background on both sides. And when you return to the main, you will scroll to the block. Is there a solution?
The theme has not been tested with IE11, I don’t know why the issue exists, but I doubt it is an SVG masks issue which IE doesn’t support modern web technology properly.

You need to edit file functions.php, in the top, change the value of variable $blahlab_widget_ready to true.

Can I use the contact-form widget only one time per side? Only one has function the other ones don t send emails and do nothing? Thank you
1. for colors, you need to customize them in file assets/css/app.css
2. to use support third-party widgets, you need to edit file functions.php, in the top, change the value of the variable ”$blahlab_widget_ready” to true
3. The source for widgets related codes are in the widgets/ folder, for each widget, you can see there is a view.php file for frontend code.
4. To make the contact form work, you need to assure that the “Contact Form Recipient” field of the widget is not empty.
The field is not empty, but if I use it on for subsites only one of them works!

How can we edit the dummy text in the portfolios? All we can see at the backend are the Portfolio Header and Portfolio Details sections?

You can do it by editing the portfolio post page in the theme customizer where you can add or remove widget to the page.
Thanks, we found it! But now we have three more questions: 1. What is your recommended logo size? 2. Is it possible to remove the round mask in the portfolio featured images? We use a square image format and would like to continue. 3. How to set up the contact form? Nothing happens when we click the SEND button. Thanks for your help!
1. There is not a required size, 100×40 may be, as long as it fits.
2. Edit file assets/css/app.css, search for “circle-wrap”, disable the mask related properties.
3. You need to fill the “Contact Form Recipient” field of the Contact Form widget with your email address to make it work.

You can edit the view.php file for the widget you want to use hyperlinks, in the corresponding folder in directory “widgets/”. To enable hyperlinks, you need to remove the call to “esc_html” for the output content there.
Hi there, I have just purchased the theme, installed the theme and followed all the steps regarding demo content and SVG set up. However, I do not see the SVG files as per the demo site i.e. A, W, B and C. Can you please send me these or the SVG code ASAP?
Do you follow the instructions in to documentation? Do you see the four sections of the homepage?
yes i have done all of that. i just need the svg codes to add in the customise section because currently it just shows me an empty page and i have to create the 4 blocks.
The 4 blocks should be created automatically after you follow the section “Importing demo content” of the doc, maybe you forget to setup the homepage in “Customize > Homepage Settings”.
I have followed all those steps and still blank. Surely you must have a better support system than comments?

I can´t believe there is no option for a slider for such a expensive theme. There are some very positive things about this theme but some things are very limiting. Is there a slider coming soon?? please make it happen.
Sorry, the features you ask for are not available in the theme for the time being. I may consider design and add that feature in the future.

You can do it by editing the portfolio post page in the theme customizer where you can add or remove widget to the page.
Unfortunately I can’t find that…sorry for being a noob. can you send a screenshot or something?
1. You go to the Appearance > Customize, and you see the live preview of the site on the right
2. There you click the “Work” section and then click into a portfolio item page
3. Now on the left of the browser window, you can see text “Page builder”, click through until you see some widgets listed there.

One last question…inside the portolio posts, I have a message in the top right corner saying: “Please set your menu in the admin area”. It’s right below the “back to all cases”, which doesn’t really work, as it drops back the top “works” page, but doesn’t show the portfolio posts. How can i get rid of the message? Thanks!
