Not the most flexible theme so you have to put in a lot of work to get things to look the way you want. No option for simple image gallery. No support offered. Good theme if you want a website that looks exactly like the demo

This theme is nowhere near as flexible as it should be. It's not intuitive to update and incredibly limiting on what interior pages can look like.
not working on wordpress in 2019

I have downloaded this theme, and uploaded it to my Wordpress site. However when I try to import the demo content, I get a Fail to Import Media error and also a message saying that the WIDGE, CUSTOMIZER and REDUX files are empty... hence my website does not look like the AOKO theme at all...
I have tried to look for help everywhere and nothing seems to work
The page is naikira.com and if you enter you will see that even after activating AOKO and uploading demo content it doesn’t look like the purchased theme

I'm sorry for the inconvinence, we missed the widgets part for translation coverage which make you think we only covers admin page, and we'll release update to fix that, before the update is available, you can customize the code in the corresponding folder under the widgets/ directory.
Very cool theme, and interesting page builder setup. Seems like it would be a great theme to use to build a site from scratch. However nothing worked for me. I couldn't set up the home page, the videos didn't show up (they did when I clicked the link), the SVG images didn't show up, I couldn't even change the background color. I attempted to import demo content, but that didn't do anything. Other basic options didn't seem to exist, such as resizing the logo or changing a highlight color. Unfortunately, since I am working on an existing site, it didn't seem to be able to support all the pages I have, and will not be using the theme.

Thanks for your critic comments, and we don't like bugs either. To give it a summary, you only have two issues.
1. You can't setup the homepage.
2. You can't change the logo size and highlight color.
For 1, that is our core features, we test it a lot, if you follow the documentation exactly and things doesn't work for you, that will be a serious issue for us too, please send your site admin username/password to me to let me take an investigation.
For 2, you need to edit css file assets/css/app.css to do the customization.
Very unusual and creative theme; we love it!
