Hi, it’s an urgent question: I’ve set single day booking and it works fine. But on the following days it doesn’t apply the daily price continously. E.g.: the daily price is 20€. If I rent from 17/04/2018 10:00 to 17/04/2018 17:00 it costs 20€. That’s ok. But if I change the drop-off date 1 day more (18/04/2018), the price still be 20€ instead of 40€ How can I set it up to work correct? Many thanks!
If I set the “Max Time Late” to 0 it’s almost good but in reality no. Because so I lose the opportunity to give the customer to dop-off the car a few hour later for the same price… I think there should be a “/-” time interval not only a “”. Are there a good configuration in the settings for this?

Hi, first of all let me say that I like your theme very much although I could not manage to set it up due to some theme bugs. Any estimated time for the next update that will correct those bugs as Send Request Button or Google Map in Car page? Also it would be helpful for eveybody if you could change your support system into a ‘visible for everybody’ one. This way we could learn from other’s problems without annoying you with hundreds of repeated tickets.

Another question: How can we make a seasonal descount on one o more months. I would like offer 3 differents prices, for weekly booking, according to the types of months.
Our booking plugin has the feature to set different price for different month. You can check our online docs to get more information regarding this.
So I don’t see it. I was looking to program a booking. In characteristics of theme, you say the theme can set weekly price, it’s a bit ambiguous, so really I’m only available to set ONE PRICE FOR EVERY WEEK (or MONTHS), that’s not a real feature to program a real booking. Please send me a link with the online docs, where this goal is explained.

We want to book for weeks (minimum and maximum of 7 days), but for season price. It has to be different price for a week in December, than another week in July. It’s that possible??

Let me be another voice in commenting your response time… This is sad. On the support page the info is as follows: “This author’s response time can be up to 1 business day.”
I have to wait for days and keep posting here that there are tickets waiting… This is so annoying. Had you writter “This author’s response time can be up to 7 business days.” that would be fair…

Hello REDQ Team, I saw your theme and I like the theme. So, I would like to purchase your theme “Turbo – Car Rental System WordPress Theme” from your company. But before any purchase I want to clarify few things.
I’m writing my requirements below so please answer all the points that, will your theme provide these functionalities:- 1. I have a car rental business in which I provides the different cars to customers? 2. Customer can pick the car from one location and drop off location can be different? 3. Customer can book the car from specific date with time and to specific date with time? 4. If one customer book a car from today 5pm to 7pm(for only 2 hours) then another customer can also book this particular car for before 5pm and after 7pm? 5. I want to use woo-commerce ipay88 plug-in for payments so is your theme can integrate this plug-in with theme? Can I use this plug-in with this theme for payments? 6. Cars details comes under woo-commerce products section, or any other section? 7. I want this, when a customer book a car for rent then customer should pay some deposit amount to us and that amount will be included into the total pay amount of that particular car booking and this amount is refundable. 8. Customer must book any car, for minimum 2 days including hours(like from 23rd 5PM to 25th 5PM [48 Hours at least]).
