Hi, you can reorder the home sections by changing their publishing date. Last published section is the first one ( like blog posts ). To delete the home slider, you’ll have to edit the template home file and delete the slider section. Send us a private message if you need more guidance.

Make sure to download the latest theme version from your TF account. It should fix the problem. If there’s something else please send us a private message. Include a link to your site. We bought the theme, but everytime we edit something the layout breaks, even if we apply the changes side the code.. it still breaks

Can somebody help?I have installed the theme and set,but having responsive issues with the logo and images.Also does the Map plugin support the theme,we tried adding several plugin none worked properly.
Writing all over the place, doesn’t help out. We don’t support 3rd party plugins. To add Google Maps you just need to embed the Google Maps iframe into the page content, you don’t need a plugin. The issue with the custom images is that you’ve added custom css code. Please check your email and have a little patience.
Is the food menu system that this theme uses built as part of the theme or is it a third party WordPress plugin you are using of which you are then just styling to fit within your theme?
Also are the gallery items custom posts that are part of the theme? Is there also anyway of disabling the lightbox behaviour in the gallery?

The food menu is based on a custom post type that is found in the theme’s plugin.
Yes, the gallery is another custom post type. You can disable the lightbox by editing some code. I can help you with this if you buy the theme.

I face the similar issue which previously some had posted,Failed to import the files,I need exactly same as the preview with all those images.Tried importing several times,it still says failed to import,i have the MT_Dina plugin too.

Still facing the same issues,and Homepage other designs are not seen.I needed Home page style 3,but only one home page is there and that too as a template.

Hi, I updated your theme from 1.15. to 2.1.0. The theme wasn’t great to begin with, but now I have to go through every theme setting to make sure it is like it was supposed to.
The update turned my website to a complete DISASTER.
The home sections are completely made out of code. I changed a single link, did NOT change any of the code and now they are outside the main grid. I tried installing visual composer but I can not use that in home sections.
The home sections also do not have revisions, so I can not go back.
The home slider was changed completely. I had a background image with a layer on top but now that is gone too.

Hi, before every theme update, it is recommended to do a backup of your site. In the change log ( at the bottom in the description item page), it is specified that starting from v2.0.0 some major changes have been done: ” IMPORTANT: Before updating the theme to the 2.0.0 version. First make sure to deactivate the MT Dina plugin ( you’ll install and update the new plugin version that comes with the new theme version ). Install the required ACF plugin. You’ll need to consider that you’ll have to add again some theme options ( via Appearance > Customizer ), such as header option, header info, home slider images, footer copyright and gallery images ( in case you use the gallery option ).”

I did make backups, but i took me a couple of hours to get everything as it was supposed to be.
I understand you needed to do a complete overhaul, but the theme is not as instinctive as I hoped it to be. For starters things would be a lot easier if the theme was compatible with plugins as visual composer, so we won’t have to be dependent to the shortcodes used in the demo.
Building pages does not feel natural, theme options are in weird places or unclear what they do, compatibility with other plugins is not great, menu’s are shown in wrong order, etc.
I have to stick with your theme for the moment, but I won’t use it on other sites. Sorry…

I know it’s easy to say that is author’s fault every time something goes wrong with the theme, but I have to disagree with you.
The theme is compatible with visual page builders like WPBakery Visual Composer or free Elementor plugin. The Home Content is just a custom post type. You’ll have to enable the page builder for this custom post type. Have you done that? Also if you are using page builders, you don’t need to use the Home Content section, just create a normal page and edit it as you like with the page builder.
Right now in v2.1.0 the theme options are in one place Appearance > Customizer and every option is specific, you can’t get it wrong. The theme is coded with the latest WordPress standards and it’s compatible with major plugins like W3 Total Cache, Yoast SEO, Contact Form 7 etc. The menu items can be reorder by changing their publishing date or using a reorder plugin.
Of course it’s your choice to use the theme or not, but please don’t blame the author when you make a mistake.

Failing to import lots and lots of media. Required as the layout with that media was desirable. The media seems available as checked most of it and even gone so far as to check URL validation on my WP install. Please advice …
Thanks for using Dina theme. First make sure that all the required plugins are installed before importing the demo data. If some of the images are not imported, it’s not that difficult to replace them with your own images to best reflect your business.

Sorry for contacting you once more. I already find how to import the dummy content. But there is a problem. It did not import Home style with featured images. Is there any possible way how to delete this imported file and than upload it again?

If you imported the XML file, under Home Content tab, you should see all the home sections, also for home 2 and home 3. To enable one of the sections just publish it like a normal post. To hide one, save it as a Draft. Please also check the docs on how to setup each page.

Hi, thanks for using Dina theme. We’ve fixed the bug. Please download again the new theme version 2.0.1 and install it. Then edit a page and below the text editor you’ll see the Page Customization tab from where you can modify the page subtitle.

How well does this work with Visual Composer etc?
Hi, the theme works with page builders, but they are not included in the theme. You can try the free version of Elementor if you need a page builder.

I really like this theme and it is exactly what I am looking for but unfortunately I have an issue when viewing from my iphone, the main banner is too big when scrolling down and it is very pixelated, It is like it shows the desktop size instead of resizing for mobile. I also tried another iphone and it does the same thing.
Hi, thanks for your interest regarding Dina theme. Right now the home slider covers the entire device space ( full background image ). That’s how it works. We are in the process of updating the theme and we’ll replace the actual slider with another one, that will adapt its height on mobile and shows the entire image ( it will take less mobile height space ). We’ll announce you when the update is available ( we estimate that it will be ready at the end of this week ).

Hi. I purchased the theme, I did the install and uploaded the demo xml but I can’t find anywhere the pages of Home Style 2,3,4,5 and header 2,3. I only have one default home page Home Style 1.
Hi, thanks for the purchase. The pages you’ve mentioned are for demo purposes. In order to create one of the homepages ( you’ll not use all of them on your site ), please follow the docs inside the main archive you’ve downloaded. The home styles are under Home Content option. To change the header style go to Appearance > Customize > General Settings > Top Header Display.
I see. Got it, thanks. I just wanted to combine different design elements from the home style pages like the menu from home style 3, the wine from home style 1 etc. for my home page.
You just have to publish the home sections you want and to hide the others sections, just save them as draft.
My client has a lunch and dinner menu. Is there a way to set up the menu so certain items appear under one menu and not the other?

Hi, Thanks for your interest regarding Dina. 1. The theme doesn’t come with WooCommerce plugin. You can install and use the WooCommerce plugin, but you’ll have to customize it. Sorry we don’t offer customizations for 3rd party plugins. 2. The booking via the form will appear in your email. Sorry, there’s no calendar app for this.
