If you want to disable comments, first of all, you need to switch off this function here http://prntscr.com/it82x1. Then switch it off in each article, pick one of them http://prntscr.com/it844s and switch off http://prntscr.com/it84sw. Regarding others questions, there are no such options, it can be done by adding custom CSS in the theme options.
Can you say more specifically? Which custom CSS should I add theme options to change the parameters?
And another question. I’m using a child theme. But when I update the theme, all my settings are deleted. Is there an easy way to update a topic without having to re-configure everything?

2) According to your second question about import demo data, first of all, you check some of your server configurations with your host. Below is a list of items which are required for successful theme installation:
You are running WordPress 4.6 or higher
Your PHP version should be 5.6 or higher
PHP configuration limits: max_execution_time 300
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_file_size 32M
Then you should install required plugins in ‘Plugins’. Once you install all of them, you`ll see the ‘Import Demo data’ button in ‘Appearance’ section. But please keep in mind that this theme is large and have a lot of pages and this means that maybe it will be required to import it several times. If there still won`t be success, please let me know.

I cant believe im still having to complain about this…. Yet again Dima has claimed my site is now fixed…. and yet again its not fixed… did you all ever check? Dima told me how to take it out of coming soon mode…. which I did tonight… The site appeared to be at 80% of what it was prior to the issue I had but im not even worried about that because I can redo my homepage and add my name back at the top instead of Napoli… But then I went to appearance —> themes -—and then realized it was still set on the parent theme so i activated the child theme.. which is the theme I originally had for like the past year and it worked just fine…. but Im still getting a white screen with a fatal message.. This is exactly what i was complaining about on Friday when I sent all of my messages to you all and you claimed to have some expert team handling the issue… I also requested someone other than Dima to handle my case and now I still have Dima contacting me… THE ISSUE IS STILL THE SAME AS IT WAS FRIDAY…. its now Wednesday of a new week!!!!!!!! I dont understand

Great because i dont know how much clearer i need to be. Last Friday i tried to update the theme which is what Dima told me I needed to do in order to have all the new pages and homepages the theme offered. Dima lacked giving instruction and how to do that so i attempted to update the theme. It obviously messed up everything and the child theme went white with an error message at the top then i sent you all messages on regards to that. On Monday i received messages that it was being worked on and that you all out it in maintenance mode which was fine. Then i believe it was Tuesday that i was told it was now fine and i can resume and was told how to remove maintenance mode when i asked. So lastnight Wednesday evening i logged in for the first time since your company claimed it was fixed and i took a look around and realized its about 80% my site and 20% napoli stuff ok thats fine because i can work on that and get that back to 100% my stuff. But then i realized it was on parent theme so i clicked back over to child theme which is what i was originally on for like the year I’ve been using this theme. Upon doing so i realized that the child theme still has a white screen with an error which indicates it was never fixed. I left it on child theme with error screen and promptly contacted you all in regards to the issue never being resolved. I have not recieved a response from anyone in support today other than your comment. I did include an image in my email to support but again no response from them as of yet.

DIMA has been less than helpful in support…. Awful!!!!!!..... I have had this theme for quite awhile now and I decided to revise it a bit so repurchased support. It took around 4 business days to receive a response back…. the response was very short and not detailed in anyway which lead me to them write back with very specific questions since it was like talking to a robot… Dima informed me that they could not duplicate a few of the issues but I’m left to wonder if they even followed the instruction and tried… I then had to write back and again say the exact same thing i had already said and include images so Dima perhaps could understand with pictures… I was also told that they would check on something and get back to be asap its now been another 2 business days and no response back…. I have done one of the things Dima told me to do to update my site and now its ruined….. to the point ill probably have to redo my entire site… the backup won’t even work at this point… If Dima were more detailed and weren’t so slow in response this never would have happened. I can’t wait a month to get issues with a site resolved. Id like to work with a different person Dima can’t be the only one…
