I added phone and email in customizer, but top bar is not showing. Elements Position dont work

When i imported the demo, the first part right after the slider is not fully showing (welcome banner). one image is cropped and not showing as it should. Any idea why?

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. I liked the theme and would like to buy it. However, I noticed that, when I try to preview the theme, it breaks on Google Chrome, it is not loading at all. So far a bit disappointed in this theme. All other themes i have used have nice theme setting page where i can customise them elements, layouts, global settings etc. Forexample where i can disable breadcrumbs for pages, which shows in header section? Can i disable page header section at all? (the heading + bg image container at the top of page ).

Also demo importer is working bad, getting lots of failed import messages.

In pages there are used shortcodes like decor_2 center=”1” which gives visual decor for title. How i suppose to know about this decor? I cant find it in documentation. Documentation is very short, so i assume that feature list for this template is “short” as well.

Static blocks -> footer edit page isnt displayed as visual composer page builder, its showing text instead. I will drive myself mad while understanding where to put text.

This is first 30min impression. Also is there an email for support ? I don’t want to spam a forum with small questions like where to change this and that.

When I try to import the demo, my website becomes very messy, because it doesn’t import all files, it imports some of the media and pages. I mostly need the filtering option and the slider. Is there any way to import them separately? ( It’s been a day and I am still struggling to import the demo, please help:(

i cannot install these theme on wordpress 4.9.2 via ftp it gives me an error on “admin.php” and via web uploading .zip it gives me a message of “Are you sure you want to do this, Please try again”
