Hello, please make sure that you hosting memory limit is increased. Instructions:
Can’t import demo data
When you got issues with demo data import with “One click demo install”, you should check your php.ini configurations at your server/hosting. Ninzio team recommends to change these options in your php.ini file (if you don’t have access to your php.ini file, ask your hosting/server provider, they should configure it for you):
• max_input_vars (default is 1000) set to 3000
• post_max_size (default is “8M”) set to 2000M
• upload_max_filesize (default is “2M”) set to 64M
• max_execution_time (default is “30”) set to 180
• max_input_time (default is “-1”) set to 180
• memory_limit (default is “128M”) set to 3000M
Prepurchase Question: can the width of the boxed layout be adjusted to say 1350px?
Hello, yes this is possible you can set website layout to boxed and adjust content and margins width in that layout from admin panel.
I love the theme and am excited to start building this site. However, when adding new theme, and attaching the wordpress zip file only, I get failure message;

Hello, I’ve found a bug…
The menu of portfolio (category filter) is not working if you use german letters or spaces or so on for category NAME. The slug is correct, example: Category: Test 2.0, Slug: test-2-0
Seems that for the filter the name is used instead of the slug.
Please check and advice.

Hello sir, I purchased this great theme ; started installing it but when activated an error message appeared in white screen: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/public_html/**/wp-content/themes/thecraft/framework/theme-woocommerce.php on line 46” any solution please?

Now working on portfolio – it would be a hard time to set up one without template. Is there another way (e.g. page builder) to set up portfolio pages? Its not realistic to get it done well by secretaries or authors. Cheers, Chris
Well. You can enable Visual Composer for projects and edit all with it. To Do it you need:
1. Goto WPBakery Page Builder > Role manager > In Administrator and Editor Sections > Post types > Custom > and choose all post types you want to enable VC editor. Then in your Single Post editor VC will be available.
2. For new project you can switch to text mode, copy thext, place it to new single project, swith to backend editor and you will have the same structure in VC in new project, just will need to edit it a little.

Unfortunately, but there is no way to show testimonials randomly, it can be shown as carousel, but not randomly.

Well, header fixed option can be disabled from admin panel and mobile menu will move with content when scrolling down. So you will be able to have long menu on mobile.

I meant when the mobile menu expands, if its height is more than screen height, i couldn’t swipe down to tap on menu elements
Yes,yes. From admin panel there is option ot make menu not fixed / not sticky, so mobile menu will scroll when you will scroll your device and you will be able to have any height of mobile menu you want.

Can the stand alone version of included plugins be used instead of embedded versions?
We provide only version included into themeforest download zip with embedded plugins. Changing theme structure is up to client.
I own all these plugins from the original authors. Can I use them or do I have to use your embedded versions? Meaning, did you change the original plugin to fit your theme? Or can I use the stand alone versions?
You can use stand alone versions. No changes done in core plugin files like VC or Rev Slider.
