Hi, Thanks for buying Neer Wordpress theme. WPBakery Page Builder is pre-packaged with the theme. They doesn’t allow to let customer auto update with the themes its packaged with. You will get the most latest version of it with every update of Neer WordPress theme. You will have to manually replace the plugin files to update it.

Make sure you unzipped the downloaded the package file and uploaded the actual theme file named neer.zip file?

Also try uploading the unzipped theme file through ftp into your themes folder, because sometimes when your server doesn’t allow you to upload big files, they shows error message.

Thanks for your fast reply! I tried the new version, but now the caption appears immediately (on the mobile). In your online demo the behavior is different: the product page (responsive) initially shows the pictures and after touching it, the caption text appears and you can click the link.

Do you need that section to appear the overlay and text always on mobile? I mean as mobile doesn’t got a hover function, it isn’t done like that, but can be done if you need them showing instead of showing the images. Where do you want to add the sound file? If it’s from soundcloud, yes you can.

You will find a folder name “Documentation” inside the downloaded folder. Open the index.html file into a browser and you will find all the instruction on how you can configure the theme. There is a video instruction too added in that Documentation which will help you to learn how to install it.
