yes i have tried to contact support but not any success. even you have not provided any tollfree contact number for support , really very rediculaus this. Client is have angry on me… i ahve not any response because not any response for further development.

I am getting the following error code now on my site on certain pages ” Fatal error: Call to undefined function anps_get_attachment_caption() in /home/industrial/www/www/wp-content/plugins/anps_theme_plugin/shortcodes/gallery_slider/shortcode.php on line 15”. Any help?
Make sure to update both the theme and plugin. The plugin is calling the anps_get_attachment_caption function, but it is located in the theme. We added this function in the latest version.
Everything is updated except for “WPBakery Visual Composer” which will not update. I have gone into the theme and checked it all and see no updates available. In the Plugin section, Anps theme plugin says it is version 1.3.2. Is that the most latest?
The latest versions are: Industrial (1.4.0) and Anps Theme plugin (1.3.2).
To update WPBakery Page Builder, remove it inside the WordPress dashboard. Once uninstalled, you will be able to install the latest version in Appearance – Install Plugins. Do not worry about losing any content when updating.

Both blog posts and portfolio posts have a “Gallery images” option. This allows you to add multiple images which will show in a carousel at the top of the single post page.
You can also enable WPBakery Page Builder which will allow you to add all the available elements (like a slider) on the posts: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/post-and-custom-posts-type-grid/

I was try to remove all pages and insert demo again but is a mess? How can i wipe everything and start again the demo ?

You can use Wp reset plugin which will remove all content, including widgets and menu items. After this just enable theme and all required plugins and install demo again.

Dear Anps, this is first time purchasing theme here, I have few questions:
1- if I purchase the theme with month support does that means after 6 months if there updates I have to purchase again with same price to get the update ?
2- in my website I have services and products that I provide (no selling provided on the website), just typing the technical details of each product.
2.1 – I want main page like this to display the main services category : http://anpsthemes.com/industrial/demo-1/services/ 2.2 – then display list of products under the selected service using the main style before: http://anpsthemes.com/industrial/demo-1/services/I don’t want to move the client to woocommerce page to display the products (unless there is a way to hide price, cart icon and add to cart)
is it possible to have nested subcategories under services until last page be (list of products) when I click one of this cards it open this page with technical details of the product:

You will need to install a multilingual plugin. We recommend using WPML (premium plugin) or Polylang (free plugin). Once installed, you will add both languages and the plugin will automatically switch between RTL and LTR when the user views a specific language.

The demo import can be found inside the WordPress dashboard: Appearance – Theme Options – Dummy Content.
Before importing, make sure all the recommended plugins are installed. You will see a notice prompting you to install the plugins or you can find them in Appearance – Install Plugins. If you do not see the notice and the section, it means all the plugins are already installed.
Also before importing, check the Appearance – Theme Options – System Requirements section. Here you will see if your server is configured to our recommend settings. If not, contact your hosting and ask them to increase the settings.
