There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system. While the theme is compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, we only provide basic compatibility support. We do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The Newsletter in the footer is by default a regular form with no action. You will have to use a newsletter subscription service like MailChimp or your own email form via Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms.

For example if you are using a newsletter service like mailchimp, you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ to create your newsletter subscription form. Your subscription form should be like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/81489eb753c674bcc1d7f1c962a8c54f

Or if you are using contact form 7 you can create a form like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/2204a575e6d84ab9c09ee7cfa9488181

Once you’ve created your forms you need to paste that shortcode in Electro > Footer > Newsletter signup form.

Yeah sorry problem was my “Caddyfile” since I’m using Caddy web-server. There was incorrect configuration in my Caddyfile. It was the “Minify” rule causing the issue.

*Also updated PHP to 7.1

Ok. I found the page but what i want to do is control what pages show these features and what pages not to show this feature. How do i do this?

2. When you set a sale price and regular price for a product you have on-sale products.

3. Top Rated products are automatically pulled based on ratings by user.

They are all happen specific to product and not to pages. Home page, shop page and other pages show products using shortcodes. You can modify the shortcode attributes and control what product to show.

Clearly YITH Zoom Magnifier is still active. It is loading from essential kit I think.

1. I am not sure how to do that. You can edit the template via one of the single product hooks. Here are the single product hooks : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/283640088fe01e2d9106d41321cc420b You can hook your custom function to any of the action that you wish.

2. What is shown as the display name is chosen by the user from Users > Your Profile > Display name publicly as.

3. The checkout fields are generated by WooCommerce and not by the theme itself. The checkout fields are however configurable. You can add/edit/remove the fields using custom code by following the instructions here : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/ or use a third-party plugin like this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-field-editor-pro/

I looked at the 2 screenshot and I really don’t understand what you are referring to as not clear. Are you referring to the color ? The color is light by default. If you want to make it dark, you can add this custom CSS :

2. I don’t think its google auto-fill but browser’s auto-fill. I don’t think this can be overridden.

3. Header v1 currently does not allow to be closed in home pages. However we are working on our next release which will allow you to do that.

The theme have been coded for best practices for speed. There are lots of factors that influence the speed of a website. Hosting configuration, plugins installed, theme, the actual content, etc. Our theme also generate lot of content( more than 100 products ) in its home pages. Some queries like top rated products, best seller products take more time to generate ( because calculations needs to be performed ). Some servers are slow because they share their resources. Some plugins slows down your website. Sometimes Shop Sidebar and filter widgets due to incorrect configuration run into infinite loops.

So there are lot of reasons other than just the theme. If you can please email our support from here : https://themeforest.net/item/electro-electronics-store-woocommerce-theme/15720624/support with your FTP and WP admin details, we’ll analyse what is causing your website to slow and make suggestions.

Thank you for the details. Yes, it is because you’ve enabled “menu” which means you can add your own menu items to the handheld footer.

You can create a new menu with icons in Appearance > Menus and assign this to “Handheld Footer” in Manage Locations.

I am not sure if I understand your other question. Can you please clarify with a screenshot ?

When you enter your email in the lost password form, you get a password reset link which contains reset password link with the key. If you have the wrong or incomplete key, it will display an email form instead of enter new password.

You can try doing a reset password on our demo.

2. You can do it with custom CSS by adjusting its padding and height.

3. You can change the theme color from Electro > Styling and choose “No” for use pre-defined color. After that you will have a color picker to choose your custom primary color.

4. Here is the selector :

.electro-handheld-footer-bar ul:not(.menu) li.cart>a:before { content: "\6e"; font-family: font-electro; }

5. Handheld menu location is a different location. You can create a separate menu for handheld menu and you can assign it to the handheld menu location from Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations.

6. Here is the code that generates handheld footer bar : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/c7cd9a0bb6fdf759dc34feca88eabbc7 You can change the order here to change the order of appearance as well as add any other custom icons that you may wish.

7. There are no activation required for sliders. Please make sure you’ve assigned the shortcode of the sliders you’ve created in the home page options.
