If you are using one page builder home elements or mega menu then you will have to recreate for another page builder. But we have Elementor demo import similar to visual composer. Please refer the documentation to import Elementor pages : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v10/home-v10-via-elementor/

The error happens when I edit a page or create a new page on the website.

When I edit with Elementor it doesn’t happen.

I disabled Gutemberg with a plugin and now there is no error.

You can find details about the error in your error log which you can send me and I can tell you what exactly is causing the error. The most common reason is the memory exhaustion error which happens when your host allows you low php memory_limit. You can install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ and after activation please navigate to Settings > PHP Info and search for memory_limit. If it is less than 256M, you need to contact your host and ask them to increase.

There are many issues and problems with the theme, I am sending you few to fix please or refund the money please.

1. ADD to Cart option is not working anymore in my website not even buy button. Cart on left header, automatically disappear sometime. I tried many time sometime work and sometime does not work.

2. No Gutenberg Optimized. Theme is not user friendly with mobile devices, limited features for mobile customization.

3. No training support videos for theme customization, theme documents are very old and need you to update with helpful videos to save time.

4. Please add more features to this theme. Theme demos templates need to update, so customers can easily edit with WordPress editor, WPBakery Page Builder & Elementor. Please update supporting documents and upload updated videos for theme customization to save your time and customers time.

The are many issues and problems with this theme, I am very busy person and don’t have time to write all problems here.

Please read all comments from all customers and make a list of all problems and fix all problems, If you cannot fix these problems then please don’t waste my and your time on this topic and please issue the refund so I can buy the better theme for my e-commerce project.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us about the challenges you are facing with our theme. To address them:

1. The theme has a catalog mode feature. This feature allows our customers list their catalog without having to let users make a purchase online.

Please make sure you’ve disabled catalog mode in Electro > Shop > Catalog Mode. When enabled, the catalog mode will remove all shopping cart features.

2. The theme is built on top of Storefront which is the official WooCommerce theme. It uses the same approach as Storefront. Whiile the theme is compatible with Gutenberg but you’ll have to rely on default WooCommerce styles. WordPress recently introduced full-site editor. We have a work in progress to make our theme fully FSE compatible,

3. Our documentation here: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/ covers all aspects of the theme features and includes videos wherever necessary. If you need a video on a specific topic you may reach us and we’ll gladly help you out.

4. The theme was initially published with 3 homes. It is continuously evolving with more demo. We currently have 13 homes and is being continously being updated with new features. We also release updates to extend the theme’s compatibility with as many as plugins as possible. Currently we are working on a huge update to make the theme FSE compatible. The theme is already compatible with Elementor, WP Bakery, etc.

We believe we’ve answered the questions that warranted a response. We are happy to answer any other questions you might have. We understand that the theme might not be the best fit for everyone. However we are one of the best selling eCommerce theme in the entire ThemeForest and a top rated one too. We got there with a solid product and support to back it up.

“Vendor Management” is a feature where different companies called vendors setup accounts and sell their products on your site.

Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.

The theme is compatible with Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors and MultiVendor Marketplace by Webkul. We provide basic compatibility support for these vendor plugins. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Can’t you just include the latest core plugins with the theme package… I don’t want to share my login info…

Thank you for reaching us. Please note, once you have the latest version of the theme, you’ll have to deactivate and delete WP Bakery Page Builder. The bundled TGMPA plugin will download the latest version as defined in the theme files. This is a standard WordPress core behavior. Since your website is not behaving according to the standard WP behaviour we wanted to check if there are any conflicts.

Envato allows you to self host bundled plugins instead of including it as part of theme. This prevents many installation issues such as link expired issue that occur due to big file size.

We understand that you do not want to share the login details. In that case, you can check the open the file: electro/inc/admin/class-electro-plugin-install.php and check for the download URL of the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin in line 342 and download the latest version from that URL.

If you have issues you may reach our support and we’ll get you the URL to download the latest version of Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder.

To update WP Bakery Page Builder ( previously Visual Composer ), you’ll have to make sure you have the latest version of the theme. Once you’ve updated the theme, please de-activate and delete WP Bakery Page Builder from “Plugins” page in admin panel and install the latest version from Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi, no, not the hooks. I’m looking to change the content of the product page (adding extra lines- like attributes that are currently under the “specifications” tab to be visible instead of “short description”)
