I did not build the website. Was build by another developer and I am doing now the support to my customer. The problem is not the extension of the support. The problem is that I think is illogical to pay for a problem that a lot of people have (please check other comments) and is related with a problem of the theme.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.

The theme is compatible with Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors and MultiVendor Marketplace by Webkul. We provide basic compatibility support for these vendor plugins. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Our theme does not require any purchase of plugins to achieve our demo. Our theme includes the premium plugins that are used namely: Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder.

Slider Revolution is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.

We provide support for Slider Revolution and whenever an update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Slider Revolution.

Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Slider Revolution and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the Slider Revolution files, you will be prompted again to install Slider Revolution. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.

The same applies for WP Bakery Page Builder too.

You can import Elementor or WP Bakery builder demos. Elementor Pro and YITH plugins licences are not included with our package.

Can you please check if the pages that have disappearing logos have a custom header? If you are able to consistently reproduce this issue please email our support with the steps to reproduce the issue and we shall help fix the issue.

Please note that the block you mentioned in sidebar is default product categories widget from woocommerce and cannot be modified based on the category page.
