Hi @ diginshiksha , Most probably following issue arises due to poor post and memory configurations in php.ini file. Please ensure below server and php.ini configurations to install theme and import demo data as per live demo. Make sure to enable all necessary extensions as recommended.
upload_max_filesize = min 128M memory_limit = min 256M post_max_size = min 128M (For large data websites, post_max_size needs to be increased as per need.) max_input_time above 300 max_input_vars above 5000 safe_mode=off

The custom fields and meta fields will be those created and available within your theme, the Csv is a simple csv file tabuled, separate with, But for now the final customer has yet to choose the theme and I will contact your developers if he will choose it,for not waste your time… Thanks a lot for your kind reply. neways, for now i have already bought and trying to work on editing one of the tour. n i dont know from where i can add or link google map and even try to add customs text for Packege Food, Activity, etc.. i dont see any options from where i can change. Help me.

None of my issue was able to be rectified. 1. How many day tours can we add? day 1, day 2 etc. 2. Why google map is displaying up and down tour details. for eg: Point A where he checks in and point B ( day 02), Point C(day 3). when i click on day 2 tour, map shows the location of Day 03. 3. In some map it shows the line connected but in most of my tours it does not show any lines connected, just it shows the Map icon only. Is there any way to customized it. if so how, i will do it myself. its been now 3 days i’m trying to add tours but its useless if it does not show tour details more than 8 days.
With rest i am happy.. Just m not happy with google map and number of day tours.

You may custom fields to tours to extend the Tours functionality. However customization will be required to extend the default features.

When is your update scheduled? What are the changes that are being made in the next update? You have been saying the update is scheduled and will be delivered SOON about 5 months ago!!!
The theme is very buggy and super slow.
Hi @ galingpa , We are close to release new update however date is not finalize yet. You will be notified via email once it will arrive on theme forest.
After reviewing your ticket i got to know you have several custom requests which you are considering as bugs. Keep in mind support is only responsible for what and how we advertised the theme on theme forest. Any changing in default feature and structure will require custom coding and you need developer help for that.
Please follow your Ticket #866594 where i can update latest theme and plugin along with Latest WordPress compatibility before official theme update on theme forest.

Please look at my ticket on 12/04/2017 where I have reported a problem with TABS and Accordion.- In TABS, there is ‘:before’ pseudo element which unecessarily adds >> before the lists. Look at this screenshot – http://prntscr.com/evev9h
- For accordions, can you try inserting lists and line breaks and even paragraphs where it does not display unwanted garbages like in this screenshot ? – http://prntscr.com/evevy9 . The problem of not displaying lists and paragraphs occur only when accordion is used through the Insert Shortcode method. There is no problem when the accordion is used through CS Page Builder.
If that is not bugs what is it? I first raised this issue on 15/02/2017 and you haven’t provided any solution yet. Are you saying that I have to hire a developer to fix this bugs?
I like the theme, but I wish you to give a prudent support.
Everything can be possible via code customization. As we didn’t offer that option for short codes in our theme. Right now you can just only insert text as they are built in text fields in short codes. Apologies support only help you for the feature that we show on or live demo and you can see only text added in them here: http://traveladvisor.chimpgroup.com/shortcode/

Hi, i’m having problem with the listing of destination. I have entered 100+ destinations but in frontend i can see only 10 of them, this is happening everywhere like if i have to chose destination in tours then also it’s showing only 10 of them please tell me what’s is the issue.Please revert as soon as possible.
