Hi, I buy the theme, but my suports ends, now I want to try a diferent demo, and install a new and clean wordpress and all the plugins, when i Import a demo, I don´t get any Image, I try diferent demos, and I have the same problem, also I buy and try on 4 diferent hostings, and have the same problem, so I have some question:
Do I need to pay a for support to get the images? I don´t want you fix the problem, I want do it for myself, we can do that? I see, the path for images, and this don´t exist, so the demo images is wrong
My last test I buy a Digital ocean VPS to have all the resourses on server, but is the same problem, so, why don´t let us test all the demos in our hosting and we decide which one we like, I hope you can help me, thank you.

Sorry for the late reply, We have fixed the issue for demo content import via importer option for images.
Now you can import the demo content from Dashboard > Appearance > Veda Options > Importer > Import Demo > Select the demo you want and select “All” option from Import dropdown and check the Import attachments option for demo Attachments and click Import Demo Data button to import the demo content for the desired demo you want.
http://prntscr.com/ixifevAfter that you need to update the Permalinks. Just navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. You can select any option, but the usual option of it will be the “Postname”. Please select the value and save the page.
Set your Home page from Dashboard > Settings > Readings > Front Page displays > A static page ( select below) > Click “Save Changes” button.
The next step is to Update the Menus Locations from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Menu Locations.
Then you can install the slider from the Slider Import file which comes along with the theme package. Just select the import file and import it from Layerslider or revolution slider options.
Finally you can select the slider to the home page using the Slider Options below the editor section as shown in the below screenshot.
then check you site with the imported demo content.

Was a great theme when I had paid support. Since purchasing this theme I think I have had one update from you guys. Whats with that. The plugin’s are old and you have not put out updates in a long time. If I purchased this theme where do I get the updated plugins from?? Please can you send me the updated plugins. When I look at the theme update section in these comments its a little worrisome. One year ago you promised updates and it has never come. Your plugins are old and you never push updates out why?? Other themes are always updating when new core plugins are updated. Its not good to have outdated plugins that are core features of the theme. Please update the plugins or send us link to update!

Yes, Our theme package comes along with demo content with Veda-Importer plugin, you can import the dummy content with this plugin.

So, we can’t provide those images will appear in the Theme Demo, but not in the Theme package because of some license issue, we have not included those images. Dummy image will be present instead of original image. You need to replace your own images. If you need to use those images, we can send you the purchase links to purchase those images.

I purchased VEDA Theme for wordpress and there in Documentation it is mentioned that a PSD folder is also included….

If you install and activate theme it will show the Begin installing plugins link to install and activate the theme required and recommended plugins like “Designtheme Core Features” plugin, LayerSlider WP, Slider Revolution, Responsive Styled Google Maps, WPBakery Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, WooCommerce and “Veda Demo Importer” and so on.
If you install and activate the “Veda Demo Importer” plugin then only you can get the import option in theme options and the demo xml files in that folder. Please have a look.
If you found any difficulties, Kindly, mail us your site credentials (WordPress admin login (Domain Name, Admin username and Admin password) & FTP access login details ( FTP Host, FTP Username, FTP Password)) immediately via the right bottom form located @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes So that, we can check and have a clear look form our end.

If you wish to use the other demo pages in your demo just import the demo in local and copy the specified page content short code in text mode then paste the short-code into your live site as new page or existing page content.

Sorry you can’t access the free sliders from slider revolution template library because you have the copy of the slider revolution plugin not the premium slider plugin. If you need to download the template sliders from slider revolution you need to purchase the slider revolution plugin then only you can activate the slider and access those files.
Note : We do not provide license to any of the Plugins that come along with the theme. We just provide the copy of the licensed plug-in. You can get the latest version of plug-in files from us when there is an update. Hello Excuse me, I installed Adver demos but cos I wanted to change to taxi demo, I installed it, but you know there are many pages in head menu they are mixed, the menu looks like TAXI menu but Adver contents are used as TAXI contents, there is no TAXI contents in the page, how can I change to other demo correctly, And can we change demo actually clearly?
