Hi, You need to purchase the WP version if you want to work with WP. You purchased HTML item but probably trying to select support for WP items. Please select “any html item” tab.

Am going to ask for a refund. i provided you with ftp and what you could do i dumb files. after sending email, its just errors. You indicate that the contact form is working in the product description and i purchased the product. its important you serve your customers well and in a timely manner. Now its over 12 days and this is something you can fix in less that 15 minutes. In you ticket you sugest i hire a developer?? why?? when i bought a product with a working form you fix it

next problem -> Donate-Button doesn’t work in mobile view. We changed the button to a link to contact-form and this doesn’t work either. I can’t find something in the css what is blocking the element. Is this issue known?
