Hi,
I started using Green Planet and I have to say that it is a great theme. Congratulation ! That being said, it is very very CSS heavy. Do you have recommendation on CSS (or part of CSS) that can be removed to lighten the theme ? Depending on the options, huge parts of the CSS is not used.

Please make sure that you add the email address to the Contact form shortcode settings while editing the page with the form.
Don’t forget to add all the fields you used to your Message Composer, as shown on the example screenshot. Just click on all the fields you used save changes. Then message received when contact form is submitted, will include the entered information.
In a case the issue remains actual please contact your hosting provider to find out if the mailing option functions properly for your site. If the mailing option is turned on and functions correctly we kindly advise you to use Contact Form 7 plugin. Our Contact Form uses POP3 or SMTP protocol and the plugin we mentioned – another protocol of sending messages. Some servers do not support our protocol of sending, that’s why we recommend you an external plugin, which is surely compatible with the theme.

I filled in the email at the shortcode in the page builder. But I don’t understand why I have to change the contact form 7 information while I using your contact form?
When i send the message on the contact page, message succeed shows up my screen.
The issue is not by my hosting, because I use it by other contact form 7 forms.

As I mentioned before, our CMS Contact Form uses POP3 or SMTP protocol and some servers do not support our protocol of sending. So if you add the email address correctly but still do not receive messages, it can be caused exactly by the server settings. That’s why I recommended you to use the Contact Form 7 plugin instead. I understand it, but I tried 3 different email addresses with different hosting companies. So it’s weird that none to them are working with your CMS contact form?
Contact form 7 is alsnog not working with different email addresses.
The issue is caused not by the email addresses you used, but by the server settings where your site is located.

How is it possible to change the resume of a post type when I put a slider option on my home. There is no resume option available. I see a Lorem Ipsum text, but I can’t change it???

To make these columns clickable there is a need to re-create them as featured blocks. The matter is that the Featured block shortcode allows to insert another shortcodes inside of it with the help of the Content Composer shortcodes tool, and to add the Featured Block Link: https://www.screencast.com/t/9LaFxIXrE

I tried to deselect them, by selecting them and then clicking deselect below and nothing happens, the categories remain there. Hello, I just try to activate the slide revolution with the given purchase code. But it is not working. In addition, the default sample cannot be imported. It say the upload file is exceed the limit php.ini. Can you help me with that?

Layer and Revolution sliders come with the theme and can be used for free without authorization key (which we can’t distribute), as it isn’t required for slider functioning, but it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard. In fact it isn’t necessary as updates for the sliders are provided in theme archives on Themeforest. This situation is typical for many other plugins as well, you can read more about bundled plugins in the following Envato article: https://goo.gl/TqW93v

Hi, While I like the theme, I am super disappointed that, you don’t have one-click demo install. I have wasted literally over 2 hours setting up the demo and it keeps throwing 504 Error. You might give me some silly technical reason for this but still this is an absolute loss of productivity for me. There are hundreds of sub-standard themes on Themeforest, which support One-Click Demo import. You as an author has multiple themes yet, there is no one-click import. Secondly, you don’t even have a standard documentation for each theme separately.

Great theme, but i can not get pictures in shop correct. They are showing correct in Single products page and lightbox, but in shop page all distorted. I have changed sizes in Woocommerce and under settings,/media. Regenerated thumbnails, but still showing distorted. Is there anything else i need to change?

Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. You can modify content according to your requirements, for instance, add elements of other pages to your home page.

Hi This theme is exactly what I’m looking for I just have a few questions.
1. I need to plugin Events Tickets Plus to the events. Our events people register and attend and the money is all donated but they need to purchase a ticket. Is the theme compatible as you already have it’s sister plugin events calendar????
2. Our focus is the events firstly.. (maybe grow into causes/donations) as we are start up and need events to drive awareness. SO my question… I love how you have the ‘causes’ displayed on the homepage – do you have a style to showcase the events in a similar way – ie homepage pulls in the latest events. I could find.

1. In fact there is not much we can guarantee, as we did not integrate a Events Tickets Plus plugin into the theme, but likely you can try installing it to see whether it will be helpful to you (sometimes plugins work fine just out of the box). Appreciate your understanding.
2. All Events Functionality is achieved with the help of the Events Calendar plugin. I should note that our events view is achieved with the help of Events Pro plugin version that comes with the Events Countdown widget. But please note that it should be purchased separately as this plugin is prohibited from third-party distribution.
In the basic Events Calendar plugin you can use Events List widget and List, Month and Day Views. More information about Events Calendar PRO plugin can be found here.

If you are going to buy this theme make sure you pay to have them install this theme. I have used other themes on theme forest before and i had no issue installing demo content with other themes before. This theme you have to go through lot of steps including editing info in the .htaccess file in order for you to install the demo content. I wished they would of created a one click button that would install all the demo content.
