It would be best if you could write us an e-mail at support@edge-themes.com and include your purchase code and wp-admin details, so that our support assistant can log in and update the plugins for you. As far as other matters are concerned, we recommend that you disable all 3rd party plugins, since they might be interfering with default theme functionalities. If you wish to disable Google Maps API key from your website, just remove API key from Edge Options > General.

It is because you made wide menu inappropriate. Wide menu should have 4 columns and you added 8 instead. So, just set wide menu properly and this should be fixed.

You can build your portfolio single page with Visual Composer page builder. With VC you will be able to add any element that exists and build your desired layout. But, please note, then you will not have a predefined layouts like on the our demo.

Please take a look:

We have tested this issue with the mobile menu not working properly, and it seems it’s only occurring on iOS version 11.

This problem is occurring only on iPhone devices and you can add this code as a workaround. You need to put it inside Edge Options -> General -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS field.

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.
