You can add more extra options to a product when you add extra options you can able to make an option to required. If you make an option to required it should select when order this product.

If the icons you want is not listed here you can generate your own custom icons from IcoMoon : https://icomoon.io/ or Fontastic : http://fontastic.me/ or any other icon generator website. Regarding your other questions,

1. Please note that the theme cannot be used as a POS or restaurant order management system. It is only for web based ordering.

2. You can use one of our layouts to list without any images.

3. We are using an additional plugin called Product AddOns to achieve product addons. However the plugins have some limitations. It can achieve everything that we’ve listed in our demo.
