I am experiencing a theme conflict with the Ultimate CSV Import Pro. Basically can’t select any dropdowns in import because of JS being included by your theme on the CSV Import Pro pages in the WordPress admin. Any way to remove those on the non-theme pages?

That doesn’t make any sense. Can you please provide more information? I switched to the Twenty Seventeen theme and the plugin works fine. I run this plugin on other sites with other themes and it works fine. This is related to your theme causing an issue with this plugin’s drop down menus. I can’t use their drop down menus in their options page in the WordPress admin as long as your theme is active.

We just recently updated the Sprout theme to the latest version on April 18th. After that happened, we have also updated some of our plugins that also had some update – one of them being WooCommerce. We updated the Templates in the theme to make WooCommerce compatible with Sprout, but we are still having issues with that. We are now having several issues throughout our site, including, but not limited to:
1. WooCommerce product pages not showing pictures. Example: https://www.oilsofshakan.com/online-store/facial-moisturizer/
2. Menu and Dropdown submenus not appearing or clicking over to assigned destination url.
3. Sidebar widgets not working in some locations. Example (Product Page – Sidebars with Blogs related to the product, “Kids Safe Essential Oils”, & “Affiliates” are missing): https://www.oilsofshakan.com/online-store/facial-moisturizer/
4. There appears to be some plugins that may be incompatible with our website. Not sure how to figure that out or delete unnecessary plugins?
5. We were told a couple weeks ago by Bluehost that the Gift Card plugin was now causing issues within our theme. We thought we had Bluehost disconnect the plugin, but it still appears to be working…is there a suggested Gift Card plugin to use in replacement of what we have?? We have “WooCommerce – Gift Card Plugin” v. 2.6.1
6. Duplicate widgets of “Affiliate” and “Memberships” on the bottom of the homepage. They are not set up like this is the backend – so why is it displaying incorrectly? www.oilsofshakan.com
7. The Pinterest – Social Media Account listed on the top of the website has some display issues on the computer platform. It looks fine on the phone.
8. The Speed of the website – any way to speed up that?

1. Please copy a custom css from the below

Then navigate to ‘Theme Options > Custom CSS/JS’ and paste into ‘Custom CSS’ option.
2. Some important scripts was not loaded. Please disable all site optimization plugins and check again. Or try clear all cache.
3. Same as No. 2
4. Please try disable them.
5. Kindly sorry, I’ve no recommended plugins.
6. Please recheck in the sidebar “Footer sidebar 1” to 3. If those plugins was inserted by some plugin, Please recheck the conditions. The widgets configuration in sidebar was handled by wordpress not by theme. Theme has a responsibility to display only.
7. Could you please send me a screen capture with browser information? I’ve checked on Chrome but no issue was found.
8. Using cache plugin is enough. You may use CloudFlare to speed up your site.

2 -3. To my knowledge, I have disabled all site optimization plugins as well as a few others I found were unnecessary, but there is still no change …menus and submenus do not function properly and widgets are having issues displaying. What else could I try?

9. (Added Question) – Would you suggest re-installing the most recent version of the Sprout Theme? Maybe I had deleted something from the theme that I’m unaware of. I did delete a handful of plugins over the last couple weeks after installing the new Sprout Theme to try to speed up the website – not sure if the current issues in #’s 2-3 are being caused by the Theme update or maybe the deleting of plugins. or maybe, some of my plugins are incompatible with the new Sprout theme? Wordpress & All my plugins are up to date.

UPDATE & More questions
10. In regards to Questions #’s2-3 - Menus/submenus are now working. - I figured out that the widgets no longer had a Widget Context Customization feature within them…this caused the custom pages I had certain widgets pointed to no longer working. I’m not sure why this happened? Maybe the last install of the theme update changed this? I couldn’t figure out what plugin we might of had to make this Widget Context Customization possible. I did find that there’s a plugin called Widget Context that should address the issue, but I will have to go in and re-assign the widgets to the pages I had previously. I actually just tested out the Widget Context plugin to see if it would work and it doesn’t. I even cleared the cache to see if that was the issue. It’s not. Was there a plugin or feature within Sprout theme that allowed for this Widget Context Customization in the past??

2-3. The important script in this path https://www.oilsofshakan.com/wp-content/themes/sprout/js/main.js was not loaded. This script must always loaded. Please make sure you’re not modify theme file or no plugin remove it from loading (such as optimization plugin).
9. Yes, Please try using original theme.
10. The latest version is just fix some bugs, not a major issue or major change. After re-installing new theme, Please make sure to update all theme’s plugins (such as Theme Options Panel plugin).

Here’s an update:
1. The code worked – thank you.
2-3. I deleted the old Sprout theme and re-installed a copy of it. I don’t believe any of the theme was modified.
Also far as plugins that may be removing things from the theme….I went through and deleted the WP Super Cache plugin and a couple others. This did not change the issue with being about to customize the widget locations on various pages on our website. There used to be an option (even on the sprout widgets) that would allow for us to place the widgets on various pages, categories, product pages… based on what we desired. This option would usually be on the bottom of each widget box and enable the customized placement of each widget. It is no longer an option. As I mentioned to you previously, I tried out the Widget Context Plugin to see if that would resolve the issue – but it did not.
Here is a complete listing of my active plugins… could you tell me if there’s a plugin you’d recommend I delete (or add)? All these plugins are up to date.

I visit that page at this time and the right sidebar is working fine, Sticky and display the widget “SIGN UP FOR EMAIL UPDATES”. I think there is no problem anymore (including the question no.2).

Hello, yes, certain functions of the widgets are working properly. What is not working is the custom location of the widgets that I had assigned to many of the widgets. The custom selection option to assign certain widgets to “tags”, “categories”, or other “taxonomies” has disappeared. How do I get this working again?

Hi, I’ve just activated the Sprout theme, and I’m trying to use an .svg file for the logo in the header. I have a plugin that lets me upload .svg files to my Wordpress media library, but when I try to select the file in the theme options, it doesn’t show up in the header.

SVG file is not supported for logo. Anyway you may edit the code to allow SVG file for logo. Please open this file “themes\sprout\inc\options.php” and find below code

Save and done.
P.S. Don’t forget to backup the file before editing.

Hi, When I set the header ads the mouse pointer started having a weird behavior. When mouseover the links the arrow is displayed, in the other hand when mouseover the body the hand pointer is displayed.

I think the problem is from ads because there are some extra CSS cursor: auto; was added to many elements after page load (i can guarantee this code is not from theme).

We at jazznu.com would like to know if it is posible to leave out the filter thats on all the pictures we use. The Photo’s seem to be way more dark, but if you open them(lightbox) we see the photo in the way it should be(more light, more clear)

This might be caused from small image. Please try using an image size at 1263×560 pixels or larger.
Thats not what i mean, I think this them uses a filter over the preview of the photo. ones you click it, it opens in lightbox and looks great.
No filter was applied for preview of the photo. Image resize was handled by wordpress not by theme. Thus the only one may caused of blurred image is image too small and was enlarge by browser.
