I have made this site work ok despite the numerous problems it has. This theme has so many typos and misspellings and the Loco Translate plugin does not work properly. I hope you will proofread and correct the spelling in a future version.
I have contacted support many times about receiving an error when a user tries to submit a listing. I have gotten the error many times, but it doesn’t always happen. My users are now also getting the error. Support only replies that they do not see the error. I have sent screenshots of it as well. Please help me fix this. Thank you.

Regarding the misspelling words, we’re collecting users feedback and in the next update, these errors will be fixed. You can also send to us the words that you’ve found, don’t hesitate to share if you find anything. How about Loco Translate not working properly, could you please give us more details about the event?

26037 Is my ticket number. Support continues to say that they don’t see a problem. This is frustrating since I spent so much time setting up the theme and now users are getting errors when they try to post. Nobody will want to post on my site because it gives them errors. I have posted a video of the error happening on the support site.
Ticket ID 26037. There is an error when trying to add a listing and it seems to be happening on safari on a Mac and also iPhone. I am experiencing the error and so are users trying to add a listing. Support has not offered any help. They just make a screen video of it working for them and say it is working. It doesn’t help for them to keep sending me videos of it working for them. I spent a lot of time setting this site up and it would be really great if it worked. Can you offer any support?
There are some errors when I run the console while submitting a listing. Safari shows more errors than Chrome or Firefox.

I have to say I am at a loss for words. I hear you have award winning support but I have yet to see that. I have a problem with the geo location working properly. your people don’t read my questions and answer them by a canned response and just send me a link that doesn’t answer all of my questions.I keep getting a link to google map API. Then your people tell me I need “Need to have SSL (which I have) and CORS enabled”. I ask where to ENABLE CORS after I reviewed your documentation and nothing. I installed everything the way you say to do it and I can’t get this to work properly. I also asked which google map api needs to be restricted to work with your website and that question is ignored. I ask if the javascript google map api is what is needed and I get a link. No yes or no…No personalized service. No real help. No explanation just a canned response which is maddening. I’m already upset that visual composers “visual composer” is disabled because it isn’t compatible with your software and now this. Can someone there please…PLEASE get me some helpful answers. I would really appreciate it. Thank You.

- Can you create a password protected “members page” This will have some information about additional benefits for all paid listed businesses ie List of private events, discount codes, information, links to webinars….
- If there was an events page (viewable publicly, not just to members) would users be able to purchase tickets or products?

This feature isn’t available out of the box but could be achieved with custom work. We haven’t tested our theme with any third party chat plugin, but you’re open to try any that you’d like.

This wouldn’t be possible out of the box and would require custom work or you could try using a plugin to achieve this functionality.

Hello, I will have some questions before the purchase.
1. I will use the company directory for only one district. I want to write the name of the neighborhood in the City area, but it does not. Can I add neighborhood names to this area selectively (there are only 35 neighborhoods) 2. There is only 1 area for the phone number. Could there be 2 phone areas? 3. Hi, I have a couple of questions before I buy this theme. 1. I want to create a food directory website for my city and I want to add “Book a table” functionality. However, in India and especially in my city, cafes and restaurants are neither using Resurva nor they are using Open Table. They just don’t want to invest in any such system. I am planning to create a system of booking through my website and earn a commission on every successful referral. So can I create this system through Timekit? or can I change timekit/resurva to Woo Commerce booking? 2. I read in a comment thread that you guys are planning to launch your own managed booking system as you guys don’t believe in paid plugins, so by when can we expect this to be out? Or, can you guys help me in choosing a plugin through which I can easily enable booking without hiring a developer?

- Resurva and Timekit are services with some standard features for booking, you should see if one of them will allow you such possibility, including the commission. At the current version, ListingPro has these 2 systems applied, maybe in near future we can include some other options

Is possible put the filters in the left and reduce the size of the images? Like Yelp and Yellow Pages. Whoever does these themes, one copied the other, but did not stop to think how the great directories work. No giant photos.
