Demo data is not importing under any circumstance and I can see from other comments am I not the only one to experience the issues. Bit of a shame that there is not a support forum and documentation does not exist for this item. Really unacceptable. It’s a bit misleading to call it the best charity theme

Hello, it’s been over 4 days now and I have sent emails about the template not installing. I did get an email back saying the email was received after sending and email to confirm receipt but that was about it. I have a deadline and selected this designer based on the feedback for other themes. Not sure how to proceed form here.

I have checked your theme option (Manual demo files upload) that there is a option to import widget (WIE or JSON) file but no file found in your Demo Sample Data folder for importing widget (WIE or JSON file). Also in your documentation there no proper info for changing header/footer section as like your live preview.

Please check and fix the footer issue (design breaking issue and footer section like Footer Three of your live preview) and provide other documentation (how to change footer design, header menu etc form theme options) and WIE or JSON file for importing widgets.

I am a potential buyer but have a question regarding video backgrounds. I am going to rebuild from the ground up the website of an international NGO. My plan is that on many of the project pages I will have as the banner a full-width video background composed of a 3-8 second video clip that runs automatically and loops. Does this theme and the WPBakery plugin included support such a thing? I ask especially because another site that I have built included WPBakery with it but there are no functions to create a video background. Instead, it can only embed a Youtube or Vimeo clip full-width or full-screen which then brings over elements from those sites and requires the user to click ‘play’ to see the video.

How do we change footer to our own widgets and turn off the one that comes with theme? There are many issues with customization on this theme not addressed in documentation that have made it very difficult to manipulate.
