Hi I just purchased this theme and i am trying to install it on my wp dashboard. I keep getting an error message. ive tried downloading it again in case there was a corrupt file. im using local server on my computer as im trying to get my website set up before publishing, but i dont think that should affect it. This is my error: “Could not create directory. jevelin/framework-customizations/extensions/forms/extensions/contact-forms/shortcodes/contact form”. Hoping there is a fix for this or i’m magically doing something wrong.

Hello, I have purchased an item and it does not come out as envisaged, or rather what the demo looked like, The most important part – header did not work, I realized that I had to install another plugin, I did that and my site structure changed completely forcing me to revert to an earlier version. Asking a question is also difficult and this is rather unfair that you make it so difficult to get support. The support page asks for a purchase code, common sense would suggest that such code should be in an invoice but no, I was directed to a link that says ” Where can I find my item purchase code?” Following it does not reveal the purchase code.

If I am signed into envato and the items shows as purchased? why am I looking for a bloody purchase code to ask for theme and 6 months support I paid for?

I am constantly been presented with a link to extend my support even though I only purchased this few days ago.

Hi, thanks for a great looking theme! I’m extremely willing to purchase, so 4 questions:

1) Does the theme provide a possibility to put a CTA button, say, on the first screen and when clicked it would open a lightbox with a 3rd party contact form? (Asking because I need to integrate the leads from the future landing page with my amoCRM (supposedly this official plugin will create the form I´m referring to https://wordpress.org/plugins/amoforms/)

2) Are there any ways to put a CTA button in the header (in line with the menu tabs) that if clicked on would generate a lightbox with the mentioned 3rd party form in it? Like for the user to click on the “Call us” button and get a “Leave your contacts, type of required service” contact form in a lightbox?

3) Is there a way to easily install Google Analytics /Yandex Metrica (a Russian competitor) traction codes?

4) Does your theme support Google Maps API and does it support external html-inserted maps like Yandex Maps (standard iframe embed code).
