Hello, good afternoon, I bought the theme on 23/08, I installed it as usual, but I can not access the pages or crair new pages. What may be the problem.
The problem is in this plugin (WPBakery Page Builder), when we disable it, we can access the editing page, but it is bad to work without the editing plugin.
Is it better to cancel the purchase?

Ok we found that that while adding the portfolio list, the third tab called additional option has the option of category filter which has to be set to yes
In Portfolio List can we Just display the images in popup which will have navigation of next and previous. Currently if i click on the portfolio image it will go into another page which displays multiple images.
In short how can we have the portfolio of images that does not go into another page but simple displays images in popup window

Hi, I have 2 questions:
1. How can I make all the accordions appear all closed on a page, in the “accordion” mode, not in the “toggle” mode.
2. How can I create a link to a page and show one of the open accordion (at the choice of the link), I need to make links that address each element of the accordion, that when it opens (link), the chosen one will be active.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Whey the portfolio pages are not included in the Visual Composer is very frustrating. I hope I’m over looking something. Hello, I tried to change the font to Ubuntu and using cyrillic font, not only english, but font doesn’t change. Any idea why doesn’t work? I changed it from Elated Options -> General and set all option for font included cyrillic fonts, font-weight and etc.

I am currently trying to import „All” content into the website and it won’t. The content itself will stop at 90% and freeze.
I edited the php-config file as I saw in the support: max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 128M upload_max_filesize = 128M post_max_size = 256M

I am wondering how easy it is use the portfolio features (just adding images to the portfolio e.g the masonry grid) on this theme for someone with no design/website experience as our client will self manage the images in the portfolio.
Are the images automatically resized to fit in the grid and does the grid auto adjust when adding new images? Or will each new image need to be edited to a certain size?

As I said, it depends on the portfolio type. Masonry type requires images of the correct proportion/orientation. As you can see, the first image is landscape oriented https://www.screencast.com/t/8wE7QBKYkc and others are more or less square-like.
While boxed portfolio doesn’t require any specific image sizes or orientations, it will box all featured images and place them in this nice grid.
