I purchased the Whakaaro theme to make use of the Creative Portfolio – Horizontal Scroll demo of the theme but there was no option to install demo. Hello! He bought the item in envato elements, but when using the creative portfolio template, the projects appear vertical and not Horizontal, when importing the demo, I only had the file “whakaaro.full-data.xml”

We are working with whakaroo business template and we would like to know if it is possible to set as background in the homepage the same design as the Portfolio:Morphing page. We really like the animated colorful “bubble” and the movement it makes when doing scroll. If it is possible, please, can you explain us how we can do it?

Hi Lesya, you may recall that we are unable to log into your support system because it will not recognise our password, which I why I must raise my question here. I am setting up the Whakaaro One Page the and the styling is not correct.

Is there more than one data file because your own documentation advises to use data file demo-one-page.xml, where previously you have advised to use data file data file whakaaro.full-data.xml

Can you please confirm if there is in fact more than one data file and if so where you have hidden the others?

I have triple checked all the plugins and they all seem to be installed and activated. Please note that WPBakery Page Builder is outdated and you should updated it in the latest release of the theme.

I am really frustrated. Where is the demo xml files. If it is “whakaaro.full-data” then this gives an error. You support system is the worst! For some reason our username and password do not match BUT WE CANNOT RESET the password.

It is almost as though you do not want to help your customers.

Please indicate where we can find the demo xml files!
