How do I save my templet and come back and work on it later ?

A client of mine has a registered version and is inquiring about the baby blue background. They would like to change this to white but there are no controls do modify the actual background of the template itself and requires them to do this within MailChimp. Are they overlooking something that will give them that control?

Hello, I love this theme but have two questions. I am downloading the theme in HTML 5 and placing into MailChimp.

1) How can I make this fully responsive 2) This one is new (today). We use our own footer and I keep getting a Magma 2016 Copyright at the bottom of the e-mail but it is not showing up in the code. Am I missing something?

Hello, the URL I’ve been using to build emails that starts with http://demo.web4pro.net/builder/frontend/?template=magma etc etc is no longer working, I get the following error message:

The requested URL /builder/frontend/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi, I bought Magma Template and want to send it with Mailchimp. I imported the specific html with all my images sized for retina but I have problems with the space between left and right columns… The images ares way too big and there’s the 40px space between them doesn’t appear at screen in preview mode or test emails… Thanks to mail my to laura.pacaud@littlehat.fr if you need some screen captures…

hi, I bought your template long time ago, but I planed to use it now, I made the 90% of the job in the builder, after I exported it to mailchimp (html). I sent some test mails. I got a problem with outlook, the mail is fell apart, header image is not showed only white stripes, etc. Would you be so kind and help to solve this problem asap, maybe trough email? Hi, I just purchased this and I thought I would be able to add images or links as an overlay on the layout elements that come with the template. For instance, I would like to add a row with a text field, left aligned that has “Date, Newsletter #001, then a link field to go to my site, and then my telephone number. I thought the builder would also give me the option to create layout elements of my own above and beyond the elements that come with the template.

The template doesn’t resize my header image for mobile. Is there some setting that I can use to make that happen? If not it’s not much use to me.

This is rubbish! I went to the email builder, I edited the template, I then loaded it, via campaign monitor, and it said that the tags <multiline>, <singleLine> etc, were not there after the <repeater>. Plus, when I load an unedited version, I put in some urls as links, but on a test mail the urls have the prefix “email.” inserted and the urls do not load. I have now spent two days, trying to get three templates working. And they ALL have problems from various authors. An absolute waste of time and a joke! Refund please!

I just came here to purchase the email newsletter only to find that the live preview was only loading the header ? This seems to be the same on some other email templates?

hi, great purchase! Finally you can save templates in the builder, that’s great! I use Mailchimp and ran an inbox inspection…the result was very good across a vast variety of platforms and programs. The modules work fine…will you add the countdown module from your other E-Mail templates to MAGMA, too?

HI, i just purchased your template. Clicked the link. When i went in exported the mail as Mailchimp format. Then when i uploaded the format into mailchimp, most of the elements are all misaligned. It is really of no use to us? Pls help and suggest a solution.

I just purchased the email builder and downloaded it.

The documentation says “The download includes a folder with a link which gives you access to the Template builder.” But when I go to the link in the “purchase link.pdf” it takes me to the builder where I can not save or export my design without it telling me to purchase it.

But I already purchased it. Is there a place where I need to add a purchase code? Please help me get access.

I am having the same issue as everyone else, I purchased the product, went to the directed URL and I am not able to do anything except test mode.
