Yes, If you want set floating menu, please go to header template, click edit header shortcode and select ‘Header type’ is ‘Float left’. (view here: https://prnt.sc/k1fcax )
After change header type, please edit menu in header shortcode and select ‘Menu type’ is ‘Icon mobile right and float when click icon’ (view here: http://prntscr.com/k1fcfq )
