Misleading the demo shows an uploader the package is different. As above misleading and I’m going to contact my credit card company to sort you out.
Sorry its not misleading. You should have read the description of the theme carefully before buying. its not a functional theme its only a html template. I will refund if you mistake to buy but I see you have already downloaded the theme many times.

Unfortunatly No It’s just a HTML template. You don’t get this function with the template. You will have to hire someone to build user panel for you.

4) where and how to get the Frontend Uploader?

In the sidebar it’s listed as compatible with Bootstrap 4 but this appears to be Bootstrap 3 – is Bootstrap 4 a planned future update?
