Job Alerts don’t work properly. Alerts are sent to any user that registered a job alert for every job that was published and not only jobs that match the Job Alert Filters. This is a major concern for GDPR. Our support has expired but this is a major issue so we need this sorted asap.

Hi, I’ve added a new user with the role ‘Jobs Manager’ but he doesn’t seem to have the option to add a featured image in a job. I can do it as admin but he’s option is not showing. Is there a way to allow that function for him with that role?

Hi there. a few questions about this theme: How does the Employer create a free account and buy credits? do they need to pay it online thru the theme, or do we need Woocommerce?
My clients wants each post to be £150 for 30 days, or having Bulk options.
So the site is fairly self-contained. They are referred to the site, the employer creates and account. Buys the credits, and then adds the job.
This looks idea, if it works how we want.

Another question through: “The employer screen could have a link (by clicking an icon to TotalJobs/CVLibrary etc) to one of the job boards so they can see their advert, and applicants could see that too if required. Rather than generating another outlet to post jobs onto.”. I think they want it so that the employer and applicants looking at the employer’s page, can click on ‘external links’ that the employer has added. Is this possible? so the Employer can add external viewable hyperlinks?

I have a question … what is razorpay? its only for Indian Rupees, but what about International Currency like USD, GBP? How to accept that?
And your direct bank transfer says “Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID, your Username, your Email as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.”
Since we are not selling tangible items, the order will be processed anyway, as the product / listing will go live, right? So how is this useful for the job listing? Or does it go on draft, and needs to be put live once payment received?
