This error means that allow_url_fopen function is disabled on your server and it doesn’t allow to import dummy data from our server. Please contact your hosting provider asking to enable allow_url_fopen function on your server.
Alternatively, you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server ( http://demofiles.ancorathemes.com/isida/demo.zip ), extract it and upload in your Theme’s folder root directory (wp-content/themes/isida/).
After that navigate to Appearance> Install dummy data and re-import.

Hi I’m struggling to upload the theme to word press. I keep getting an error message at the end of the download stating the link has expired.

Please make sure that upload_max_filesize on your server is 32M.
Alternatively you can install the theme via FTP:
1. Log into your web server with FTP client software.
2. Unzip the isida.zip file and ONLY use the extracted /isida theme folder.
3. Upload the extracted /isida theme folder into /wp-content/themes folder.
4. Navigate to the Appearance > Themes tab and activate the theme.

Hi i contacted my hosting provider and this is the message below:

To be able to connect and download/import the data you should contact the 3rd party to inform you exactly to which IP’s the script needs to connect so that you can afterwards allow those connections from the “Outgoing Connection” filter page in your control panel:

Our theme allows choosing whether to install the “whole demo-site content” (to get a precise copy of our demo) or just certain pages, forms, and sliders if you already have content on your website). We highly recommend installing demo data only on blank WordPress install.

1- you can change colors of separate elements with no affecting on another parts of theme’s consistent colorscheme by adding extra css (e.g. .widget_title {
color: #000 !important;
})
2- the same as #1, e.g. .menu_main_nav > li li > a:hover{color:#000 !important;}
3- Do you use Anchor shortcode? You can also try third party plugin for adding extra features to links

Hello, unfortunately the images license was not included in the template package (you can see the notification at the theme description page on Themeforest) and that’s why there are just placeholders for your own images (those distorted ones you see after installing the demo). Most of images can be found at http://depositphotos.com/ in case you’d like to use the same as in our demo.
The theme’s not tested with Elementor, it’s developed with Visual Composer plugin.
One last query: The template has compatibility / styles for the Gravity Forms ?. I have seen in previous comments that there have been problems with the import of demo content … Is this already solved? ... is this demo content developed with Visual Composer?
We have not tested Gravity Forms plugin with the theme, however got no reports of major problems with one as well.
There are problems with demo import just related to server settings (e.g. allow_url_fopen = off, low memory_limit etc). Our tech support team will always provide you with a solution if required.
