Can you please tell me which file change the email template, as I have added extension for product adons or product extra fields. Shows everywhere but in email I don’t see the products option meta data. when we disable “Travel booking” addon. email works great with products order with extra fields. when enabled the email don’t show products options that are selected. only problem in email..

Reason can by “added extension for product adons or product extra fields” don’t add field on system tour. “Travel booking” plugins is manage system tour, so it different with product. So you can’t use plugin for product use for Tour.

I don’t need for tours, I need to simple products.. everything works fine except email.. that is sent out. I just need which files are responsible for email data changes from default when we use “Travel booking”
I just need to know which php file is responsible to do the email change for travel booking, so I can add the code in there. I know update may cause trouble. but its ok with us.

You can override email of tour by copy file ”\wp-content\plugins\travel-booking\templates\emails\email-order-items.php” to path on theme or child theme ”\wp-content\themes\travelwp\travel-booking\emails\” and edit it.

Thanks for your reply. My client uses Google calendar for boat tour bookings. He manages several boats which he doesn’t own. This gives the boat owners the possibility to see all bookings on their shared Google Calendar.

Hi, i contacted hosting support and asked them about that issue and they said that that its not hosting issue ….i think their is conflict between woocomerce plugin and theme because i deactivated all plugins and activated only woocomerce plugin and site goes down so kindly help me in that issue please thanks!
