Hi there, for the top menu you should enable “Extended Menu” in Theme Options > Header, then add your menu items there.
For the footer is the same just use the widgets to add content there.
Also be sure to check the help file included.

I was asking myself why background video is not working on Chrome. Tested all kind of thing and then I saw your demos with background videos and these one are not working either. So I guess it’s not because of my setup.. Do you have a fix for this by any chance? Thank you.
There is a problem with the plugin that is responsible for the video background, but is fixed in the latest version of the plugin.
In the next update, the plugin will be also updated and the problem will be fixed. Next update coming soon.

Yeah, I guess you’re right. That’s not the things I look for at first because I assumed it’s basic feature. Maybe it’s something you could implement in your next update (for sticky header)? Thank you.

The mobile navigation is showing a white background, with white links, therefore users can’t see any of the navigation items. I’ve looked at theme options and can’t see anything that relates to mobile navigation background colour. Please help. Thanks!

This sounds like a caching problem, can you try hard refresh (ctrl+R) in Chrome or use different computer to test. Also, is possible the fonts server was down for a few minutes so simply try again later.

My theme is not displaying the footer widgets that I created. I believe I have 4 widget areas available, and it says I have 3 others available, but it is not displaying any of them on any of my pages.
“Your theme has 3 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.
You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”
Any suggestions on how to make that happen?
Hi there,
make sure you put your widgets in the correct widget area because there are multiple widget areas, for the footer the widget area is named “Footer Widgets”.
Also, try using the WP backend to add the widgets and save, if the Customizer won’t display them.
The theme never had any problems with the widgets but I will check again with the latest WP updates.
P.S. You need to purchase the theme in order to get support.

Hi, I bought Definity, I choose the first option of the menu, I want sticky menu but that always appears the entire menu, not 3 lines (that they are open when you click on it), how can I change this option? Thank you

To enable that option make sure “Mobile Menu Button – Permanent Visibilty” is set to ON. You can find that setting in Theme Options > Header

I just installed the theme and started installing required plugins. During installation the below errors are thrown Installing Plugin Definity Elements (1/6) Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in E:\xampp\htdocs\greenoceanlab\wp-admin\includes\class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php on line 150

I have spent hours troubleshooting with a bunch of providers but it appears the issue is with this theme.
In the WPbakery plugin the “front-end” button to edit the pages is missing. How can we get this back. We are 100% sure the source for this is definity (I have talked to wpbakery).

Yes, the front-end feature of the WPBakery plugin is intentionally disabled because all included elements are not 100% compatible with the front end builder.
To enable the front end builder, in the theme folder navigate to \inc\visual-composer\definity_vc.php
Then delete or comment out the line 18.

Hi Victor, I’m trying to set up the menu Logo as in one of your templates. I want it to be black on all pages except on the Start page with the transparent menu. Here it should be inverted. Where do I configure this?
Also I’m looking for a way to get a second layer drop down menu on the mobile site. If you open up the page aktiv4u.de on a mobile device and go to “Leistungen” there are no subdirectories as on the non mobile page.

Hi there, the logo switch feature is not possible anymore and was removed in v2.0 of the theme, because it does not worked with all the browsers.
The mobile menu does not have sub sub directories because the screen space is too small and there is simply no space for indentation.

Hello, I just bought this theme this afternoon. I have tried multiple times to run the installation and it’s not working. I tried running from a fresh Wordpress install carefully following instructions included with documentation. I’m running WP 4.9.6. Not sure if that makes a difference.

What exactly does not work? Common mistake is that people try to uploas the downloaded folder not the theme named definity.zip inside that folder.

Hi, It just doesn’t work. I get something that looks like the It’s on a clean Wordpress installation on a Siteground host. I’ve run the installer multiple times following the instruction carefully. What I wound up with is either a broken site with errors or what looked like a slightly modified Wordpress theme. I spent about half a day on this and unfortunately and am on a deadline with the client and had to go with a different theme and requested a refund.
You needed to contact me with more detail info in order to help, I can’t do much with just not working.
Also, refunds don’t cover “change of mind” or “testing” the item.

I’m sorry I was in a pickle with a client and the system just didn’t work. I feel like my money just evaporated and now I’m stuck with software I don’t need.
There was no way to contact you, attach screen shot to this message or any other way to get support. I am not able to get you into the same system now because the client has moved on and another theme was put into place that works. So can I please have my money back?

Hi, I have 2 issues with the theme that I’m hoping there are solutions for.
1) Under Column Settings > Responsive Options There are options to change the width of the columns for everything except vertical tablets. Is there any way to change that?
2) On tablets and mobile devices, the menu is very wide. Is there a way to set a dimension or have it automatically set the width needed for the length of menu nav options?

1) Those are default settings from the WP Bakery Page builder plugin, you can’t change anything there (nor do I).
2) The menu auto adjust based on the menu items that are included, currently there is no option for custom width or custom breakpoints but those settings are scheduled for future update.

What exactly seams to be the problem, there is a help file included that describes the demo import process in detail, be sure to check that.
Sometimes (very rarely) the demo content download may time out, in that case try again latter (in a hour).

Working with your theme now. Using the agency 2 demo but having issues with a grey see-through overlay on the top/hero image. Where can I edit or remove this?

Yes there is darker overlay layer that is added with extra CSS on that slider. You can find the extra CSS in SR> Agency 2 (slider) > Slider Settings (scroll down) > Custom CSS.
Here you can edit the rgba value or just simply delete the extra CSS.
