Hey your theme is really awesome and looks pretty cool. Well i saw all the agency demo and i couldn’t find any slider. And i want to use this theme for one of my client and my question is that is this theme comes with WP Bakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution in the download file or i have to purchase separately. Your answer is highly appreciated.
Unbound comes with Wpbakery page builder and Slider revolution pre-activated. You do not need to buy separate license for them. We update stable version of these two plugins from time to time. For example, today wpbakery released an update and we updated our theme with that promptly. You can check change log to verify it.
Hey! I just bought the theme but everytime I try to install the theme I get a fatal error : Can’t use function return value in write context in /var/www/u0145818/public_html/wp-content/themes/unbound/functions.php on line 341 – can you please help because I need this website urgent for a tradeshow
Sure, we would love to help. Please check this https://support.radiantthemes.com/kb/faq.php?id=6 help article which states solution about the issue. Your php version is 5.4 or lower. Modern themes use some functions which are not compatible with php 5.4. You need php 5.6 at least to run. Please update the php version and you won’t see any error at all.

okay the theme works now but when I click on theme options “it says you are not allowed to see this page” any reason ?

If infocoxxxxxter.com is your site, then access is not correct. You probably have given only user name. Please provide full access by replying the ticket.

I’m able to login (had to assume user name 
. I can go to http://infoxxxxxxter.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=pt-one-click-demo-import to import demo of my choice. Also, was able to navigate to any section of theme options. Please log out and login again to try. It’s working. As site access and screenshots are in question, so let’s communicate via our support ticket.

Hello, I only have the unbound-child.zip and not the parent. Inside the .zip after downloading “All Files and Documentation” ... I have Documentation/Licensing/plugins.zip/unbound-child.zip … I see there is another comment above has the same issue.

Please download “All files and documentation”. You’ll get entire package. Theme files is same for all who have bought the theme. Theme forest approves themes first and then it comes for selling. Inder package there is a file called unbound.zip which is the main theme file.

This is bit odd. Maybe you can hit stop button and refresh the page. Also, you probably checked when we restarted mysql of our server. Request you to try again.

Yes, you can add video on any row or section by using WPBakery Page Builder. This video will be fetched from YouTube and will start automatically.
How to change page header background image. i don’t find any options please let me know
If you want to change the background image for demo home pages, set it from WP Bakery Page Builder( for e.g. If you want to change the background image for Business Agency 1 page check the links: http://prntscr.com/jwath4 and http://prntscr.com/jwatsx) and if you want to change the background images for inner pages specfic for that page, add image from “Featured Image” section in the edit page section. if you want to set same background image for all inner pages, set it from “Theme Options -> Short Header -> Inner Page Banner Background.

Pre-Purchase question: There seams to be some issue with your widths on demo home pages (agency5 and agency6) they are too wide and have a slight left / right scroll. Is this issue also in the theme or already resolved?
May I know which browser and OS you’re using? On Mac/Windows chrome, firefox, safari we don’t see horizontal scroll. Can you please send a screenshot at radiantthemes@gmail.com?

Thanks for reply – OS Sierra 10. / Firefox 60.0.1 – have cleared cache and still see issue on – http://themes.radiantthemes.com/unbound/business-agency-6/ havent checked other pages. On Chrome – Version 66.0.3359.181 I can slide the page right to show a bit of the mobile nav and then when let go and it slides back it also does not sit correctly / seams like page is too wide. How can I get you a screenshot?

Safari no issue, sorry above cooment should say on “On Chrome – can slide left to show a bit”
issue seams to appear at different breakpoint, didnt measure each but check out around 970 / 1050 px width
