I am having trouble with editing theme option for individual pages. in the heading section of the theme setting in the individual page, the items are not clickable in turn its showing select color.

Besides please make sure to use the latest theme version (1.1.5), please download the newest archive from the Themeforest. The easiest way to update the theme is to rename the old theme as travel-time-old in your wp-content/themes folder. Then you will be able to upload the new theme travel-time.zip via the WordPress admin panel and activate it.
After the theme update, please proceed to Appearance > Theme Plugins, and update all the suggested plugins. Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.

Our Travel Time theme provides opportunity to showcase your tours and destinations, and it has all needed functionality for blog posting and social sharing. I should note that we cannot guarantee that the content created with the help of the other theme and plugins will be correctly imported and displayed when using our theme. The matter is that the themes use different post types for displaying the content, so there should be a need to create posts and projects from scratch, appreciate your understanding.

Hi. I was able to correct the issue I was having by following your instructions, thank you so much! Noticed one more thing…the Twitter feed vanished from the footer after the update but the Custom Codes have not changed in the settings(elements)—not sure how to correct this?

could you tell me what the default font sizes are for the theme or is there a way to reset them? somehow the fontsize is huge for all texts on the website at the moment

The default settings can be imported via the theme-settings.txt file that can be found in the Demo Content/3-Theme Settings folder. But please note that after import all the settings you’ve changed will be rewritten to default (colors, fonts, header style etc.).

The matter is that our Contact Form uses POP3 or SMTP protocol and the Contact Form 7 plugin uses another protocol of sending messages. Some servers do not support our protocol of sending, and in such cases we recommend to use the Contact Form 7 plugin, which is surely compatible with the theme.

Hello, I’ve opened a ticket (Request #46467) 24 hours ago but haven’t got any response yet, so I decided to write it here. I’m working on a travel agency site that’s supposed to post tours with every tour having a certain date, the problem is that I couldn’t find a Date field in the theme options when I try to add a tour, there is Tour Duration field, there is Tour Price field, but a Tour Date field (which is equally important) does not exist… I suppose you didn’t add it because there is already a Date field in the “Publish” area of the Tour editing page, but that’s a totally different thing since it’s not actually the Tour’s date but it’s the post’s publishing date, a Tour date needs to be in the future, and if you specify a future date for that publishing area the Tour then changes from “Published” to “Scheduled” and it doesn’t show on the website. Please, tell me how to change this, I need a field where to choose a future date of my own and it should be the one shown in the tour page. Thank you!

I should note that there will be a need to add Tour details and Additional Info fields manually for every tour because there is no possibility to make mentioned fields part of a template. You can try to use some third-party plugin for the purpose but I should note that in fact we do not guarantee third-party plugins compatibility with the theme and thus can’t recommend you any. We don’t guarantee MercadoPago plugin compatibility with the theme as we haven’t implemented tests with it. You can try installing it to see whether it will be helpful to you (sometimes plugins work fine just out of the box). Appreciate your understanding.
For Tours we created the custom post type: http://travel-time.cmsmasters.net/tour/snorkel-tour/ that allows to add all needed info to the content area and to the Tour Details sidebar.
As for the reservations – the theme comes with the custom Contact form builder plugin and it is also compatible with the Contact Form 7 plugin, so you can create the contact forms in order to receive the data about the reservations. Hope it will be helpful.

Layer and Revolution sliders come with the theme and can be used for free without authorization key (which we can’t distribute), as it isn’t required for slider functioning, but it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard. In fact it isn’t necessary as updates for the sliders are provided in theme archives on Themeforest.
