Hi, I have setup the portfolio fine, but it is displaying in masonry layout (uneven). I would like it to display as an even 4 column grid layout (even rows).

I have checked theme docs, videos and also checked the links in these comments, but I cannot find any info on how to set this up.

Exactly like this demo: https://demo-basel.myshopify.com/blogs/portfolio I would like the version “Gird With Text” where on hover it says “View Large” button and opens feature image in modal.

Can you please tell me how to do this?

1. How do I reduce the size of the tilte on Product Pages – it’s far too big.

2. Is there a way I can reduce the height of the Main Menu as it’s taking up a considerable amount of page on the upper fold.

I can’t install free templates in Nitro Powerfull Slider. When I press the download button nothing happen. I tried with diferent browsers but the same problem.

Theme Updates: The methods recommended to update to new versions of the theme do not transfer app data and modifications. For example, with one of our apps, whenever we update the theme we have to request the developer reinstall their code to make the app functional again. For future updates, can you list all the changes and provide the updated files so we can manually update each file?

Hi, With the promo pop-up, is there a way to make it only display to the user for their first visit?

If a user enters their email address and submits form, each time they visit the homepage they are shown the same pop up, even though they are already subscribed.

I can see the setting where if they dismiss the pop-up, then it doesn’t show again for 7 days, but I don’t want to show them after first visit.

Our customers keep missing tags as they do not know that they have to scroll on the sidebar to see them .

Why when using the in built mailchimp forms, does the user enter their email address, then it take the user to a second screen where they need to enter their email address a second time? This seems very odd…

Why doesn’t the form just submit from the promo pop-up or the footer section and not open a second screen?

Is there a way to stop it taking the user to a second screen?

I have manually updated the theme’s code to use the my embed from MailChimp, but I would prefer just to use the theme settings.

Hi. I have a few things I need fixed on the theme.

1. How do I remove the whitespace between sections on the homepage?

My homepage is setup as follows:

main menu / logo, whitespace, banner parallax, whitespace, product categories, whitespace, featured collection, whitespace, newsletter signup, whitespace, footer

I need the whitespace removed so there is no gaps.

2. With the product categories section (on homepage) displaying on mobile, there is a whitespace gap between category 1 and category 2, where on desktop there is no gap as I set it to 0px. How do I fix this?

3. Again, with the product categories section (on homepage) I have 2 categories displaying, when viewed on mobile they are side by side and it is hard to make out the details, how do I have it so category2 is displayed underneath category2 instead of side by side on mobile. It’s fine on desktop.

How do you remove nitro slider..tried every way possible on customization we click delete this content doesnt work nitro slider still stays on our site?

Disabling the Top Bar stops the sticky header working on desktop and mobile.

Ii even went back to the default theme to check and still the same (Using Ecommerce header design).
