I am creating variations inside a product, i have 30 variations, all have their own image (example blue tshirt when clicked in drop down, the featured image should change to the blue tshirt) but nothing changes, the featured image stays the same?

would like to ask some question, if I may 1. are you currently still giving support to the theme? I can see the last support was 2 years ago 2. when I use the theme in mobile mode I can see there is an issue with the slider and the menu when it is open, is it sorted? 3. its most like the woocommerce product variation images are not displaying
This theme was updated on May 21st 2018 (see the panel to the right) so yes we are providing support. But going forward I’d probably suggest looking instead at Adrenalin – that’s a popular choice that we intend to keep progressing going forward.

How do I set LayerSlider to show content layer withOUT delay?
I want my content layer to show immediately on top of my picture, so without any transitions, but when I disable all transitions, it does not show at all. When I set the timing to start at 0 ms, it just slows down.

How do I make the slides in LayerSlide full width?
The option to specify width in percentages has been removed by the original creator, but since this plugin came bundled with the theme, the original developer insists that the theme supplier provides support
I need to make my slides fullwidth (formerly 100%), but fixed height. How do I do that?

I have the exact same settings. I want full width, but fixed height. If I choose full width as layout, the div in which the slider sits has a large bottom margin.

Hi. Have a question. For SEO purposes it would be great to have more room for category text. however too much text will not be good for usability on the shop. So is it possible to move the category text below the product grid in the shop, or add text both places somehow?

Hi there, We are really happy with your theme. Just one question. In a shop, when you click category is it possible to show subcategory instead of showing all products that are in all subcategory’s under that category. We would like to show subcategory images in a grid, just like products are shown, for corresponding category.

Do you mean it’s not working? Bootstrap’s visible class takes precedence.
Try this instead:

It was in custom code already and stopped working. We are at the most current release BoulderVersion: 1.5.
BTW: How would I modify the Search Products… description and make it smaller?

Fixed – the issue was isolated to our demo site – we have a couple of plugins running on our demo sites which are purely for the demo which didn’t like the WP 4.6 update which was causing the issue you reported. We’ve removed them and the demo site is rendering fine now on smartphones. Thanks for the heads up (again!).
No theme update is required – this issue just impacted the theme demo

I updated the theme fine, but cannot for the life of me work out how to update the visual composer.. i re-downloaded the files and I see nothing to do with VC in the zip..?
You can update the plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins
The premium plugins are within this folder: /inc/plugins – VC is js_composer.zip

When the theme is updated, also update the WooCommerce plugin. It should be fine then.

Thanks Simon but i just updated the theme Today because of an issue with Visual Composer. So the theme and WooCommerce as all very up to date. I did not have this issue before updating

i appologize, it seems it was not good enough just to overwrite current files. It works now i have deleted whole folder with theme and replaced it with the new files… Thanks for the help

After the latest update the “Number of products per row” under “WooCommerce Product Listings” in “Theme Options” doesn’t make any difference to the layout. I’ve had to edit the CSS to get it to half way work “body.archive .product-wrap .list-layout.col-lg-product-4 > li.cg-product-wrap { width: auto; }”
Width was set to 100%. This forced the subcategories I had to be listed in one row. I use the “list layout” for my products. This used to work just fine in the older version. Is this a bug?

Hi there – VC brought out an important update (4.11.2) to make it compatible with WordPress 4.5.
Our latest version of Boulder includes this. Just update the theme. Afterwards, update the plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.
