The last update prevents me from #1 adding images to posts and #2 still cannot activate theme – “Please activate the Animo theme to use Animo Addons plugin.”
Do I really need to pay $42 to renew support when the theme could never be activated?

There is no Animo addons plugin in theme. Theme is also called Corgan. Please make sure that Corgan theme is installed on your website.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Hi ! I’ve a problem. I’have installed the theme and tried to install full demo data. Once it’s done I have no longer preview on the page. Homepage is blank and when I click on page Home1, I get a message that says : ” The site encounters technical difficulties. Please check the site administrator account mailbox for instructions”. In order to change custom post slug, for example Services – you should edit cpt.php file from wp-content\plugins\trx_addons\cpt\ folder
‘services’ => array( ‘title’ => esc_html__(‘Services’, ‘trx_addons’), ‘post_type’ => ‘cpt_services’, ‘post_type_slug’ => ‘services’, ‘taxonomy’ => ‘cpt_services_group’, ‘taxonomy_slug’ => ‘services_group’, ‘supports’ => array( ‘title’, ‘editor’, ‘author’, ‘thumbnail’, ‘excerpt’, ‘comments’) ),
'post_type_slug' => 'services', is what should be edited.After saving changes in the file, permalinks should be saved with Plain structure and then custom or whatever needed.

Hello. I’m using this theme and have 1 problem. Background video which is set in slider revolution is not automatically played when I use chrome browser. I found the reason of that issue is related with Google policy changes in 2018, and slider revolution newest update version fixed that problem. However, your theme doesn’t use newest slider revolution, and purchase cord of slider revolution is required when we update slider revolution from word press admin page. Can you give me the purchase code of newest slider revolution version(5.4.8), or update your theme with newest slider revolution version?

It’s not the issue that “shall you be using HTTP-only server, it would work out alright”. It is the issue with security, on your server, and it must be fixed properly, which means installing new proper certificate.
