Hi, I need to disable the google fonts as the new EU privacy regulation says the Google fonts are unsecure, this problem should hafe all Europeans who use their theme. Is it possible to provide instructions online on how to disable the Google fonts and use fonts that are stored on the theme server?

Hello there, I am struggling a bit with the TRX_AUDIO. I was hoping to add music tracks from my Soundcloud account on to my site, using the TRX_AUDIO but it does not behave at all like on your website demo – it just shows the embed look of Soundcloud and it looks very amateurish! How can I get my tracks from Soundcloud to look like on your demo? Or is it possible? In your demo, where are your tracks stored? In Wordpress itself? TIA for your response.

Hi DomHemming, I have done that step, thanks! It is how the audio track displays that I am talking about. On your demo, all the audio tracks look simple (in the collapse mode on) with a title, author, play button, a progression bar and time. I tried with a music track coming from Youtube and it works but for my own music on Soundcloud, it looks different – it has the Soundcloud look and feel – see link here for screenshot – first three tracks hosted on Youtube, last one is hosted on Soundcloud: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1knFdOlueHjZ1z-4Piy3VaWFOnpMYnY_c/view?usp=sharing . – My question is: is there an easy way to get music hosted on Soundcloud to display on my site in the same simple way as on your demo? Bad optimized things allot of stuff can not be changed easy…things missing in manuel of theme made multiple wordpress website’s. am just disapointed

since the beginning since i purchased this theme i had some issues setting up the website.
I also followed the help documents, but i have a feeling the documentation is just incomplete or is just me. I made multiple word press websites but this theme is giving me a hard time… Started already a few times since i purchased the theme… The following things i cant setup for some reason: - Cant edit shortcodes proberly isnt documented. - Some pictures i cant edit aswell, or only from the die hard code page but when i change that if fucks up and i need to start over…
happens over and over iam again website braking after i putted a few ours into it and i have to start over. is braking because i cant find setting on buttons the edit some parts en then i have do to it manually and it brakes… 27-4-2016 i did buy this since then unsuccessful, while have no isseus with other themes.

Hello, you can change it in the footer settings Theme Options -> Global Options -> Footer -> Google map parameters (if there are no options, change Show Google Map to Yes to see settings; after they changed you can turn it to No again). If a map is placed with a shortcode right in the page content (not in footer via Theme/Post Options), you can prepend another element – Googlemap Marker (http://prntscr.com/bx6ugm) to set the marker position to point your address.

Hi Dom, thanks for your quick response and sorry if I wasn’t clear – By tabs, I mean the shortcode you have in the theme to create tabs – I believe it’s called TRX_TABS in your doc and in the demo, on the shortcodes page, you created three tabs (tab1, tab2, tab3). I like this functionality and I would like to know if under those tabs, it is possible to display images, videos and audio player? Does that make more sense?

If you made more updates to the theme, added a few features like Facebook integration to events etc, I would really buy it. However, seeing as it is running an old version of VC etc, I’m not really tempted atm.

We have problem with gallery displaying on our page, page location – http://club.luiize.lv/galerija/, page is based on Jarvis theme for Wordpress. The problem is – from time to time image galleries (link to img) – http://take.ms/GEw7z disappearing on page and only way to get it back is go to dashboard and in Ess. Grid section save it again (link to img – http://take.ms/X03XK (511 kB), but anyway later it disappearing again.
So we need to solve this problem and we can’t do this from our side. Hope you will help us with it.

Hello i have some questions about your theme,
1) At the homepage1, there is a “Upcoming Events”. How is that working? Because today we have 02/10/2017, but it showing events from 5/02/2015
2) In the same place with 1), the events what exactly are? They are some kind of posts? Or is something in the visual composer with a characteristic of events?
3) At the Home page there are some music songs. From where are coming the songs that are played? Also the button “more tracks”, where is linking?
4) At the Home page “Gallery” there are some posts. The same thing at the “Photos” menu. Is there another photo gallery with only photos? Also in any post can we have a separate photo gallery for every event photos (except in the header photo)?
5) In “WHAT’S ON” menu, what are we seeing exactly there? They are event posts? Because we are seeing there again events from 2015.
6) Is there positions for banners and advertisements?
7) I see at google page speed the demo site it takes very low rate (mobile 18/100, desktop 19/100) why is that?

4) There’s Ess Grid plugin available, you can use posts, images etc for gallery. Image gallery shortcode available in composer as well

6) there’re footer, left/right sidebars available
7) there are images not optimized, cache settings not set up etc for demo site. Also Timetable plugin is pretty heavy one with demo content added.

3) I see in the link you have mp3 which you have upload at the webpage. Can we add links from soundcloud? Do you have to suggest a resource where we can take songs and not to have problems with copyrights?
4) In a post, or an event post, is there a composer so to can add a photogallery in theme? Finally can we have a photogallery in an event post or a regular post?
5) How is this page “WHAT’S ON” bulded?
6) So at the home page, we can add sidebars or between content advertisments, through visual composer positions? Also can i see an example with advertisments inline, or at sidebars (in home page, in blog category, event category, post category, at the side in a blog post and event post?
7) It is a good idea to optimise the demo site so to can see how fast it can be.

1) the plugins are not connected (Tribe events and timeline), however you can get some posts category displayed in timeline;
3) you can place there direct links to audio files; You should post own songs there to avoid issues with copyrights; unfortunately do not work with any audio stock can advise you;
4) you can switch visual composer for events and regular posts and add gallery shortcode;

Homepage has fullwidth sections, so lef/right sidebar does not fit it, however you still can use footer sidebar;
7) anyway if we install extra plugins, recompress images etc on demo, they will not be included in theme package and site speed will still depend on your server, extra plugins you’ll install as well;
