I am interested in this theme but I need an admin, not very good with Dreamweaver which I assume you need for this template. Does it have an admin or do you have a version that has an admin?

I can see that this template built based on Bootstrap 3x, but in preview pages I can see only Bootstrap 4x. I just need only Bootstrap 3x, can you confirm whether you have Bootstrap 3x only supported template.

Will all the pages work well with the latest bootstrap version?
