I need help ASAP i cannot export the file ive purchased

I created a free StampReady account, uploaded the zip, edited the template and when I tried to export for MailChimp it said I needed a subscription to export! It says: EXPORT FEATURE LOCKED Exporting to your desktop is not allowed on your current plan. To unlock this feature and more, please see our subscriptions.

How can I edit a template for Mailchimp without having to pay for a StampReady subscription?

Do I have to know coding in order to use the template?

Where can I find the “How To” documentation file? I can export to MailChimp from StampReady’s template, but when I go to preview only the header shows up and the rest of my email has disappeared.

i was able to load as a zip file, but when i go to edit it brings up some monkey rewards on the right side, not the edit functions like i have in the normal mailchimp templates. Do i have to purchase something to edit the template?

hi—I purchased the template, but when I try to export the code to desktop (from the stampready site), it says I need to purchase the template, and sends me to the envato page… (which is where I purchased the template).

How do I export the template that I customized? I just seem to be going in a loop. stampready to envato and not recognizing that I already bought it.

It is written in your item description: “Gmail App for Android is not supported.”
Does it mean that whoever opens it in gmail on mobile won’t see the responsive layout?

Sometimes the dashboard just doesn’t work – you click on changing BG and nothing changes, you click on hide the element eye icon and nothing changes. Then out of blue it tarts working…. (Reloading or logging out / back in doesn’t help, so it is unpredictable).is it me or is it just ‘the way it works’? Thank you.

I have attempted to add the template into MailChimp via the two methods outlined i.e. MailChimp ready file or Stampready export. For both of these, have some problems when trying to shift modules around in MailChimp. It only allows me to do this when using the default module that gets populated (i.e. first module on template). For all others it appears stuck. Have tried this with other templates and am not encountering the same problem.

I have just purchased this file but can’t change the background images in Mailchimp, and when I use Stampready to do it I get an error when uploading the saved template.

This included one color for MailChimp compatible file template. No any other color variations.

But we can change color using text editor ?

I am trying to use this template in StampReady and the modules are there but I can’t see them in the module bar- basically I am pulling them blind. Do you think if there’s something I can do to fix it? Did I not upload something right?

Just purchased several of your themes. While they perform very well in demo mode, after purchase and importing them into Stampready for editing they no longer work! Modules are missing and its practically impossible to work with them. Please advice. (PS we work with other templates from other providers which work just fine)
