Unfortunately your latest solution it doesn’t solve everything.
I still have a problem with: 1. Text on video – what I mean is: increase text only on mobile version. If I put font-size: 120% it will be also bigger on the desktop. 2. Changing aspect ration doesn’t work. I can see same issue on your demo (attachment).

In the html section that you post it, the youtube video is not rendering locally(on your PC), try to put the site on a server. It should work on this way.

Yes, you can change the logo size but you need also to modify the header height, in css/style.css on line 1596: .header.header-fixed (here you can modify the height with your own) In this way, will not affect the responsive functionality.

Sure, it’s possible, you need to size the image on your example: 328×46 and then you need to modify in css/style.css: - line 1677: .logo a { => set the width to 328px - line 1688: .logo a img { => change width from 100% to half of 328px (164px) -> this is for responsive functionality, you can put more or less pixels, depending how it shows on mobile or tablet.
