Hi, some options in layout options on single page (shop, in my case) are not working. for example: if i select “Hide breadcrumbs”, works if i select Breadcrumbs Type 4 don’t works, so i can’t add a personal background image on page. Thanks.

Very nice theme, but still not compatible with WordPress 5.0 or 5.1, and some included plugins are not up to date, wich means we can’t take the risk to update WordPress. Are you going to update it?

I think there is a bug in preview mobile version of the shop: Youthinkwedo.it/temp/2019_01_31_07.02.47.jpg Because it is not a perfet 2 columns layout (a row has only one product…)
I just bought this theme. First, once I uploaded it, I received this warning:
“The link you followed has expired.”
Secondly, I uploaded by File Manager. Once I go to Themes on Wordpress, I see this other warning:
“Broken Themes The following themes are installed but incomplete. Franco-full-files-and-documentation-1.3.0 Stylesheet is missing.”

I’ve found a strange bug that affects iPad or possibly all touch interfaces: The dropdown sub-menu of the main navigation doesn’t work correctly after you leave the home page. You have to touch and hold the nav menu item for about 2 seconds before the dropdown menu comes up. On the home page simply tapping the nav menu item immediately brings up the dropdown menu as it should, but on subsequent pages just tapping the menu item seems to do nothing, you have to leave your finger on the menu item for a few seconds. Click the Download button next to franco theme and choose to download the “Installable WordPress File only” which is just the WordPress file, or choose the “All Files and documentation” which is the entire package that contains everything.

We are in the process of setting up a new variable product. When we select our options and ‘add to cart’, the options do not display in the cart. Only the product title displays. Upon checkout, the customer has no way of verifying the options selected for the product they purchased.

1. On the product page, when you click ‘Add Your Review’ the link takes you to the top of the ‘Reviews’ tab. It does not take you to the bottom of the reviews where the ‘Add A Review’ form is present like in the demo.

I need the products to be centered on the homepage and the image in the blue section below to be lined up at the bottom and not floating, and lastly how can I change the font font color for the “Tips and Tricks” area. I would like to change the “Start at $$$” color to the blue that is above.

Thanks for getting back to us but I installed Franco v 1.2.9 for my client when it was released several months ago. In fact, I told my client as soon as you release version 1.3.0 that I wanted them to renew support with you.

I have an installation of your theme from Envato Elements, but it is not registering changes I have made between the styles or sidebar options in the theme options. I have also tried manually changing it from an individual category but to no success. Why is this not working? I cannot access your support as I have no purchase code as I have got this theme from Elements.
