The Helpers file and folder do not seem to exist. They weren’t there when we bought them. You can also send me this file/folder by mail.
I think this is due to Windows ZIP encryption. You created the files on your Mac?

Hi GhostPool, I have a couple of pre-sale questions.
- Do users get notified about anything added to a hub when they follow it or is it just posts and reviews?
- How customizable are the hub tabs? Can the included Visual Composer (WP Bakery) be used to create the contents within the tabs?
- I would like to also have products displayed on the homepage, would this be possible? Is the homepage fully cuztomizable?
- I see that the content area for the hub tabs have 2 columns with widgets on the right column, can hub tabs be setup individually as 1 column as well without the widgets column?
- Can the multi criteria ratings be added in a hub tab?

1) Users are not notified of anything really, the follow feature just shows you the games you’re following and any recently updated or modified posts/reviews. So to answer the questions users are not notified of updates to the main hub page.
2) You can assign posts/pages as custom tabs and add WPBakery elements with these pages.
3) Yes.
4) No this is not possible without customising the theme.
5) I’m not sure what you mean? Do you want to add the multi rating of a hub on another page in addition to the review page? If so, this is not possible without customising the theme.
why tag and category page options are same? it should be splitted.

Hi, Theme is looking great, fantastic job mate! I have a quick question, On Hubs there is release date option where you can pick the date when game is coming out, but i couldn’t find a way to enter “Unknown” or just “2020” for games that don’t have exact release date. Is it possible to do this or not ?

You need to enter an exact date, it leave it blank if unknown.
For a future release, it would be really helpful if the search could also include hub fields. There are a number of posts that do not show up in relevant searches that would show up if the hub fields were also included.

You should be able to achieve this with a search plugin such as “Search Everything”.
Do you plan to make an update to make Huber GDPR compliant (e.g. adding opt-in / opt-out to register and login, adding a privacy policy page, adding a cookie notice etc – similar to the newest Enfold update)? I think this is massively important for any Wordpress theme if you want to use it in Europe now…

I’ve taken a look at Enfold’s article on this and I’m not sure how this applies to Huber.
Login forms don’t need to have any opt-in/opt-out option. Registration pages do, but the theme utilises the BuddyPress registration which allows you to add your own fields such as this.
Privacy policy pages can be created and linked to already, I’m not sure how a specific option for this makes it any easier.
There are so many cookie notice plugins, I don’t see this as necessary. The theme itself doesn’t store any personal details via cookies, it only stores the user ratings, which I’m assuming is not classed as personal details.
The theme’s own write a review form already contains a ToC checkbox option.
Please let me know if you disagree with any of this as I realise the important of making a theme GDPR compliant.

I discovered elementor builder and i’m amazed at how fast, easy and reliable it is to build everything with it. It’s THE builder that everyone is talking and raving about (contrary to visual composer which is kinda hated by everyone).
Visual composer is bundled with almost every theme here, but after using elemntor i really realize how slow, bloated, complicated and simply bad (especially for leaving all these shortcodes when the plugin is deactivated) compared to elementor. Would it be possible that you think about getting rid of visual composer and switch to elementor ? Of course that would require some work to switch your to elementor (and that it doesn’t conflict with elementor pro so one can still use it if needed), but i’m sure you can do it and the benefits would be huge, especially in speed and how easy it would be to build everything for users.
If that’s something you are thinking about or maybe already working on who knows, is that something that would require few months (like 3), more time (like 6 months) or 1+ year ?

There are no plans to switch page builder as it would cause too many issues for existing users of the theme. There would also be a ton of work involved in coding the existing theme elements to work with this new plugin, with little to no financial incentive.
