We have purchased your APPS theme.

I had near completed our rendition of the page we wants through the WPBakery Page Builder. I loved the set up and I was easily able to edit everything I needed to from switching up the Hero Image and content.

Unfortunately, our IT guy seen your email addresses affixed to our page and removed them because he didnt know your address’ were supposed to be on there. As a result of that we have lost everything.

I am definitely not experienced enough to be able to get everything back as I have been trying the last couple hours. The original format was perfect for me to work off of.

Is there anyway we can get that set back up to the original way? I tried restoring it but couldnt find a simple solution to that. I then re installed everything, but for whatever reason the Home page wouldnt come back up.. (Probably because it was affixed to the deleted email addresses).

How come I cannot change the header image in our About us page (http://corp.sendfriend.io/about-us)? Why is it hardcoded to display http://corp.sendfriend.io/wp-content/themes/WP-APPS-FULL/apps/images/blog-bg.jpg. The page is not even allowing me to replace that blog-bg.jpg by uploading my image and by setting the featured image. What kind of design is that? All the pages using the default template is doing like that. Need to fix this right away. We are about to launch our site soon!

However the demo content import is failing, all the media files are failing to import (see image attached).
