Hello team,
What is the last Wpbakery version on the last theme version?
I am trying to updated it but it fails. It says “All updates have been completed.” but wpbakery keeps same old version.
PS. I download 20.Sept 2023 but the version is from the V3.6.1 – Mar 02, 2023. I thought it would be V3.6.2

After installing the theme according to the instructions in the documentation, it does not look like in the demo. For example, the title bar is permanently displayed, including on the first page (regardless of the setting in the theme options). I opened a ticket on the technical support site but no one answered me for 8 days. I’m about to ask for a refund and buy another theme

Hello,
the plugin Unyson is causing this error on my website:
A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.
I believe this plugin come with the theme and I dont think i really use it. Can I just pust on desactive?
When I do always seems normal but I am not 100% sure with theme needs it to run well.

I just realized my website when see as no admin show a box for select color and layout. This setting is supposed to be shown only for admin. I never notices before because I am always admin, How can I unable it for no admin? Thanks

This function(show a box) only uses for our demo. Client will choose color and layout before buying. After user bought the theme. They will can config colors and layout similar box demo. Please, skip the function(only a config online).

On gallery, Masonry tabs don’t work on small screen. You can have teen tabs, doesn’t matter the one you click the all show the “all” option.
I already have a ticket for this for many days but support just says that it is supposed to work like that.
Which is not! On big screen, if you click different tabs it shows content per tab, as it should be.

I saw your web has malware in wp-admin, not plugins or theme. Please, backup your web and hire some developer. he will help you. It doesn’t related to theme or plugin.
If you need to test with all require plugins. You should install on new WordPress site (Please, setup new WordPress). Our theme and all require plugins is safe.
I ready confirm to you. Our petta theme is safe. I have some advise for you: - Check permission folders and files. It should 755 for folder and 644 for 644 for file. - Use security plugins. - Use complex password.
Finally, we know your web has malware and very urgently. You should hire a security website freelancer.
