Okay, so in this static theme, i believe is HTML not WP, What do we get? Like do we get the HTML template files? We have to get things together? or We get complete inked html files to only replace the data?

Yes, this is HTML version which you will have to change/ custom in HTML. It’s not flexible like WordPress version with available options.
