Hi, im having problems when i try to install a ken Theme, in Ken Control Panel just is loading, but not show some themes, can you help me?

I own both Jupiter and Ken. I always liked Ken better; however, I am disliking the rate at which your updates happen for Ken. It is like it is the after thought.

If it is… Please just kill it off so I can definitively move my client to a different theme. As it stands right now I really need to update Woocommerce, but don’t want to because of the near certainty of compatibility issues the theme and WooCommerce will have.

Please update the theme. Or get rid of it so I can move on to a different theme from a different company… one where they will actually update the theme on a regular basis.

Hi, the form of the Ken are not updated for the GDPR. When will you update them? Or how can I recreate them with Form7 with the same appearance?

Please take my apologies for the late reply. We have the GDPR features in our schedule, however, you could use the Contact Form 7 and it’s fully compatible with the Ken theme.

I gotta say im pretty disappointed in the customer care. My site has been glitching out for 5 days, and iv been communicating with the developers at Artbees to fix the issues for nearly 3 days now. A small conversation that should take less than 1 minute has taken 72 hours.

What gives, artbees? Can we move this project along? My seo and turnover-rates are suffering. This is my business. The design is great. But can i count on the support?

Guys, with all due respect. Ive had an open ticket with yall for nearly a week now. Your cc/payment forms fail every tie i try to submit payment.

Please send me a working version of Ken. Possibly ken 3 pls. Everything worked great until i updated to ken4

markaminski – Yes there is a problem with sending emails. There is bunch of other problems too. You will be lucky if they help you, cause they suck and play games if their dumb ass support can’t figure out how to solve it. It takes weeks before they figure out what you write about. I’ve been already into 17 messages with them, a freaking week, and they still can’t figure out that setting fonts, font sizes and bunch of other options in “Themes Settings” does not work properly. It does not reflect in browsers after launching the website. Thank you for your great support. Wan..ers

Hi! There is a problem with sending email after update (wp server side is fine and other modules can send email properly). I get: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘mk_artbees_products’ not found in …. /ken4/framework/php/send-mail.php:131\nStack trace:\n#0 ........ k/php/send-mail.php(57): Mk_Send_Mail->from_email()\n >send_form(’’)\n#2 ....... /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(’’, Array)\n# Any Ideas?

Can anyone fix problems I laid out in the support ticket pls. I’ve just bought a new licence thinking that old problems are gone after the last update. Pls, don’t reply with the ideas what can cause the problems, fix it. You have login details so don’t suggest what could cause the problem. Otherwise I’d like to ask for a refund. Thx.

Buying this theme was a great decision. Since I bought it i didn’t any problems. Until a couple of days ago but their support fixed it immediately.

the inbuilt contact from does not work after the latest update. It pretends to send it but there is no checkmark in the send button field afterwards. I tried updating everything (contact form 7 etc.) but this form is not contact from 7. Can you tell me what is going on?

on your own demo website your home backround image jumps uncontrolled up and down if you scroll little bit up and down. Just try it.

Don’t tell me you don’t see anything wrong like all the supporters i asked, just try it with a real smartphone (not mobile version on laptop).

It says that to update to 4.1 you should go here: “Ken > Control Panel > Update > Click on the Update button”.

I take it you mean the regular Admin menu in WP? And that under the menu item “Ken” there is supposed to something called “control panel”? What is that? I have an Admin menu item called “Ken” and under this is listed “Register product”, “Support”, “Install templates”, “System status” and “Icon library”. Where do I find “Ken > Control Panel > Update?
